I think Murloc Warleader got much weaker after the nerf. I played Murloc Paladin in wild with which I had huge winstreaks and now I could barely win 5 games for my quest. It seems that +1 health meant much more than I thought. Actually when I look at it now it's just slightly better version of Grimscale Oracle. What are your experiences with Murloc Warleader and murloc decks in general? Did your winrate dropped or stayed the same?
I don't run warleaders in my deck, but in the last eight or so games, I've run in to three hunters that have killed my hydrologist (I only have two murlocs in this deck, its a weird curator version) with hungry crab, and won the game because of that insane tempo shift. I'm wondering if this is going to be a trend now that hunters seem to be back in the meta, if its even worth having murlocs in my paladin deck right now because of that, especially considering I played three other hunters today and won when I didn't draw hydrologist.
I don't personally own any strong murlocs or whatsoever, but imho the murloc decks will stop being mid-range ones and will concentrate on the aggressive side. People will start running the 3m 2/3 granting health murloc, maybe some other inclusions too, and will cut the expensive minions. The reason for me thinking this way, is that the murlocs won't be able to survive that long, so a new strategy should be formed. Of course, since I don't play those type of decks, people can come here and prove me wrong.
Inb4 I will always see anyfin pala being strong in wild, as the attack buff on the chargers is the most crucial part in that combo deck.
