No it isn't. If you try it in a deck that is not able to constantly shuffle evergrowing 1-mana minions into their deck you'll see that it is really clunky a lot of the times.

I think at least one UI copy is valuable enough to take place in any single druid deck, no matter if you are running jade idol or not.
No. It just happens to be a good card printed for a class that was already oppressive.
May you give me an example of a card you consider is better?
Drakonid Operative pretty much single-handedly revived the Priest Class during MSOG. Low cost weapons like Fiery War Axe and pre-nerf Spirit Claws are also typically very powerful regardless of which deck you're running.
UI is a 10 cost spell with a limited removal effect. It's powerful because Druid is already so powerful that they're able to either build an enormous board before then, or ramp up (innervate was a huge part of this) and play it before their opponent can really threaten them. Without innervate, you're effectively going to have to wait an extra two turns to play it, and that's time that aggro and midrange decks can really pressure you. I think you're going to find that it's been indirectly nerfed.

I do agree Drakonid Operative, Fiery War Axe and pre-nerf Spirit Claws are pretty good cards, however summarizing UI as " a 10 cost spell with a limited removal effect" it is absolutely unfair, The reason because UI may be the best ever printed relies on exactly UI is four things, 1) a limited removal (agree) 2) board filling 3) armor provider 4) card drawing, and I cannot find a card that is so many things just in one.
Just because it isn't 4 things in one doesn't mean it can't be better. I would always pref 'Win the game' card, it's just one thing but strictly better. While that might be an exaggerated example it shows that even a single effect can be better than four.
I doubt a card with more value on it exists, unless you happen to get more value from Yogg, but "best" can be open for interpretation and is subject to situation. It's really not fair to compare a 10 cost card with a 0 cost card, and that's what you're doing by saying it's the "best" (you're comparing every card in existence against each other).

That guy put a lot of ultra weird to play around secrets in play and even if you were able to get the perfect answer most of the time you were still giving the enemy a 10/8 and a 3/2
That card really needed to be nerfed to 4/4/4/4 as we suggested. Druid is still OP and will still be a huge part of the meta. Yes, the nerf to innervate and plague will slow them down somewhat, but it's UI that's broken OP too.
I've been searching through my collection and I'm unable to find a more valuable card than UI.
Then I do think it is the best card ever printed, neither Dr. Boom nor call of the wild before being nerfed can be compared.

Race face and they won't see this card come into play. But it is strong, IDK Dr. 7 is and will always be the man
Stay thirsty my friends

Nothing will ever beat the old Undertaker.
cards like Innervate made it the best card ever printed
Sludge Belcher, Sylvanas Windrunner, Ragnaros the Firelord, Shielded Minibot, Velen's Chosen -all work better in the decks than some 10-mana boat anchor.
Free to try and find a game, dealing cards for sorrow, cards for pain.

Imo Muster for Battle was stronger, if you want a10 mana card that was stronger I would say Anyfin Can Happen. Going even further back in hs history there are old Undertaker, old Starving Buzzard and old Nat Pagle, imo all of them were stronger.

What about Mysterious Challenger?

I say Ultimate Infestation and Dr. Boom are on the same level. However, Yogg-Saron, Hope's End is way better than both of those cards combined.
I like to make cards and discuss game balance.
I enjoy when "No similar decks were found."
