I've got a decent collection of legendaries, from 4 years of playing. Was fortunate to receive the 2k dust "reward" from Blizzard, so I'm wondering now what single legendary I should craft. I enjoy playing mostly non-meta control decks. I'm a rank 10-15 player most seasons, play ~equal amounts of wild and standard. Legendaries I'm considering:
Wickerflame Burnbristle - I see this played in a lot of Paladin decks, I feel like not having this holds back any quality/control Paladin decks worth experimenting with. I have Tirion, Rag and Sunkeeper.
Inkmaster Solia - I enjoy Kazakus Mage decks quite a bit, is this card actually effective? I don't see it played often.
White Eyes - I've never dabbled with control Shaman, I feel like this is the main piece missing for me to try.
The Black Knight - Seems like a great utility card, but how long will it stick around.
Wicker or Black Knight, but it really will depend which deck you decide to play.
I would avoid inkmaster.
Deathwing just for the lulz.
Normally when I'm using dust to craft I prefer to make neutral legendaries that can be thrown into many decks. There's just something about Wicker that I like, whether it's his entry or how great he'd fit in a buff pally deck (which I love)..
Appreciate all the responses. You're making me sway towards Black Knight. Definitely seems like having a taunt killer will be good for a while in both standard and wild.
After The Black Knight the second best option is Deathwing [/card] or [card]Baron Geddon. It depends on what decks you are playing
I play mostly control decks with the exception of Evolve Shaman. I figure I could throw Black Knight in most decks. Deathwing would be for meme-ish decks and Big Druid. Baron Gedden, a Mage deck with Lich Jaina.
I would go for Wicker or BK. Wicker is not only good by himself, but also activates Corpsetaker's battlecry.
BK is super against most played taunts like Primordial Drake, Spikeridged Steed, The Lich King (I feel like he sees less plays but worth mentioning). There will always be good taunts and we had some big ones in recent expansions. They should stick around for a while.
I would say the neutrals from the classic set Either The black knight, Deathwing, or Baron Geddon in that order. The Black knight first because it fits in almost every deck because of the big taunts in play in almost every deck. Deathwing can swing a game in your favor, but it doesnt fit in a lot of decks. Barron is even more limited in its uses. Filling in holes in classic is always a good idea because you can play them forever. The rest have uses now, but will only be used in wild soon they have limited time in standard left to play (April of next year they rotate out). But the classic legendaries can be used in either mode.

Deathwing - I like Big Druid, and seems like it'd be a fun utility card to throw in random decks..kinda like Yogg.

The Black Knight is almost never dead right now with Jade druid, The lick king, and random things like Bonemare, Spikeridged Steed and Obsidian Statue.

What about Prophet Velen as well? I have enough dust now to create two legendaries. I'm nearing 400 wins with Priest (towards 1st gold).
Deathwing would be a good addition in Big Druid if you already have Deathwing, Dragonlord.

Always Deathwing...

If you are in your first year of playing please read this post.
Dust does not burn a hole in the jar. Be careful what you craft, especially before and right after a rotation.
