Sorry to ask here, but I'm seriously confused. Is there another way to spell rogue? I rarely see people spell it the way I'm used to, the most common way to spell it seems to be "rouge". Is this the correct spelling?
Not trying to call out a spelling error, honestly just confused.

Rogue is the correct spelling for the class....
Rouge is makeup applied to the face to make your cheeks look rosy
I think that if someone could or would commit the time and energy to make a rating 1-10 of every card in hearthstone that could be voted on the community would respond and we would know what the mutual agreement was on what cards are considered the best. I would take on this task but my current skills in that department are very limited. I have looked for such community based ratings with very limited success. I do believe that it would be a very useful tool on this site especially for new players and even for older players like myself. Just my trillion dollar opinion.
Here is something interesting that i was thinking about, if you had to pick which card would be the definitive best for the class it belongs to.
Here's what i came up with some of these are no brainers but i think there is room to debate with a lot of them.
Warrior:[\Fiery War Axe]
Priest:[\Entomb]
Shaman[\Thing From Below]
Rogue[\Eviscerate]
Mage[\Fireball]
Paladin[\Tirion Fordring]
Hunter[\Savannah Highmane]
Warlock[\Lord Jaraxxus]
Druid[\Innervate]

Edit: Mistake was fixed
Let's get it!
Let's get it!
Rouge is makeup applied to the face to make your cheeks look rosy
I wanna glide down, over Mulholland
I wanna write her, name in the sky
I wanna free fall, out into nothin'
Gonna leave this, world for awhile
I think the requirement for best card will for the most part be cards considered auto include regardless of deck/strat. Mine would be:
Druid: Innervate
Hunter: Highmane
Mage: Primordial Glyph
Paladin: Spikeridged Steed
Priest: Shadow Word P+D
Shaman: Maelstrom Portal
Rogue: Backstab
Warlock: Not sure in standard, otherwise Power overwhelming
Warrior: Fiery war axe
Lots of close calls such as ice block, tirion etc

Imo:
Warrior: Fiery War Axe
Paladin: Muster for Battle
Mage: Frostbolt, Mana Wyrm, Flamewaker, Fireball...tough call
Hunter: Savannah Highmane
Druid: Innervate
Rogue: Eviscerate
Shaman: Tunnel Trogg
Warlock: Abyssal Enforcer
Priest: Kabal Talonpriest (Drak OP in another universe).
Counting now only standard
Mage: Primordial Glyph limited tutor and mana discount
Priest: Northshire Cleric drawing cards since...uffffff
Paladin: Equality All of us are equal under law.
Hunter: Animal Companion versatility and good card. Savanah comes near.
Druid: Innervate Mana generation and card draw are most value cards in almost any card game. Say a deck that dont use inervate.
Rogue: Preparation Almost always, when someone ask to make a rogue decks first advise is " craft 2 preps"
Shaman:Maelstrom Portal insane value.
Warlock: Treachery have no place now but is a unique mechanic.
Warrior: Fiery War Axe the "old confiable"
IMO
Druid - Innervate hands down
Hunter - Animal Companion, followed closely by Savannah Highmane
Mage - Frostbolt, followed by Fireball or Primordial Glyph (this is definitely the hardest one)
Paladin - Definitely Truesilver Champion, followed by Tirion Fordring and maybe Aldor Peacekeeper
Priest - Power Word: Shield, such a versatile card! Honorable mention to Shadow Word: Pain
Rogue - Preparation, followed by Backstab and Eviscerate
Shaman - Hex hands down
Warlock - That's a hard one, but I'll go with Power Overwhelming followed by Imp Gang Boss
Warrior - Fiery War Axe, this is by far the easiest one
Paladin: Tirion
Mage: Mirror Entity to get Tirion
Priest: Thought Steal, Devouring Mind, Mind Vision to get Tirion
Rogue: Swash Bugler, Huckster, Shaku to get Tirion
Shaman: Moorabi and and freeze effect to get Tirion
Warrior: Rotface to get Tirion
Other Classes: Faceless to get Tirion
If you can't get the best card in the game, find a way to get it.
I have a deck for you!
