I opened Golden Sunkeeper Tarim back in April but I have never used him because I lack almost all cards that see play in Paladin. Paladin is my least played class and I got to rank 20 with it the last - 6 weeks after I joined hearthstone.
There's no way I would disenchant Sunkeeper. Its a fantastic card.
Plus, if you keep disenchanting all of your Paladin cards (like Burnbristle), you'll never really catch up, will you? Then again, this is coming from someone who never disenchants anything except duplicates. Honestly, Sunkeeper is great. You might even want it for wild play someday.
NO. Tarim is an amazing card that will see play in standard until rotation and wild forever(or until the powercreep makes him bad which will be awhile)
I always recommend not disenchanting legendaries unless they are utter trash like nat pagle or lorewalker cho...
Who knows maybe down the line you will have the other legendaries and epics you need to make control paladin and will be kicking yourself in the butt for disenchanting him.
Take it from me who stupidly disenchanted my first golden legendary sylvanas windrunner lol
depends on whether you are playing for the long haul or the short. Sunkeeper tarim is a good card that you may want to play someday, but if you are 1 legendary away from getting a good deck together, then it can make sense to do it.
The two worst decisions I have made in dusting were dusting a golden deathwing and a golden van cleef early on to make cards I really thought I needed at the time. There really is no nuetral legendary that is ubiquitous the way dr. boom was back in the day, so maybe if you really need a class legendary for your favorite class, then it makes sense.
By the way, sunkeeper is amazing in a wild silver hand deck, I often use it to grind to ez rank 5 and you don't need any of the cards you list above to make that deck work.
Some will say you will regret it in the future but since it's golden you will get a full playable top legendary out of it, as for the other 2 shits de them with no regrets.

The 1st step towards a better game is firing Mike Donais! We had enough of his "skillful" balances!
I in the same situation, paladin is the class I play less, never craft anything for the class but have all legendarys, include DK, if was a normal one I don't thinking in dusting him, sure he value is much more than 400 dust but 1.600... hum...
Sigh.. Don't. If you REALLY need the dust at this moment go for it. I say wait for the meta to calm down completely maybe you don't need the dust maybe you will. You will regret it though in the future. Don't even dust the quest.

G=Good B=Bad Do you see the pattern? Every second expansion is always trash.
if u disenchant sunkeeper tarim the algorithm used to make mo money will make sure u get more pally cards. That's 100% accurate and u can't proove otherwise if u don't have inside info on coding

Are you the type of person that believes in 9/11 conspiracy theories and that no human has ever been to the moon? I think the burden of proof lies with you for that claim....
OP - You want us to validate a decision you've already made. If you play Pally at all you keep Sunkeeper Tarim.

I wouldn't disenchant, currently you can play control paladin (so no murlocs) without wickerflame and rag lightlord because the meta is a bit slower and you don't need too much healing. Also, if you're low ranked, you might not even need tirion to win games, you can maybe play some other big card instead of it, like Bonemare, The Lich King, Ysera, whatever big legendary you might have opened. Unfortunately, as you get through the ranks, you might find that you need tirion, doomsayers, primordial drakes and possibly Uther of the Ebon Blade to grind out some matchups. Tarim is also really, really essential to the deck, especially now with jade druid infestation so you can downsize those big jades. Control paladin is really good, I would try it out now with Tarim and replacements for whatever you're missing and see if you like it. If you do, keep it, it's a must in the deck.
Another thing to pay attention to, is that Tarim will stay in rotation until ~April 2019. That's a long time from now, you might pick up other good paladin cards along the way.
Thanks everyone for the suggestion. I have decided to wait for a few weeks.
I already play slow decks like Jade Druid, Miracle Rogue and Control Warlock so i wanted to try out some high tempo aggro deck like Pirate Warrior or Secret Mage(so I needed dust for Leeroy Jenkins or Archmage Antonidas whichever turned out to be popular deck.)

I don't own Tirion Fordring, Ragnaros, Lightlord, Wickerflame Burnbristle(had disenchanted it), Finja, the Flying Star, 2x Murloc Warleader, 2x Gentle Megasaur and 2x Vilefin Inquisitor. I am even missing some essential rares.
However I do own Bolvar, Fireblood and The Last Kaleidosaur.
So, should I disenchant Sunkeeper Tarim considering that it is guaranteed I won't play Paladin at least until next expansion.
Should I also dust Bolvar and the Quest? I also have Corpsetaker, so maybe I should keep Bolvar?
Check out my entry for this week's Card Design Competition. Vote for it if you like it.
Do you desperately need dust at this very moment? -> Disenchant
Do you not desperately need dust at this very moment? -> Keep them.

dust if u dont play pally dust theres no other option and complete the cards of a class u play gogogog

I would keep sunkeeper even though you don't have the paladin cards because you eventually will and it will feel bad when you have to craft sunkeeper.

I did a mistake and disenchanted Wickerflame Burnbristle
and I am beating my head now...
...even if I do not have Tirion Fordring and Ragnaros, Lightlord

DE if you need the dust. Since it is golden you get 1600 dust, which means you are not at a net-loss if you re-craft a non-golden one later.
