The hero power is quite underwhelming opposed to the others Death Knights, not to mention that you loose the Armor and in Control match-ups, it can be though without it.
But I think the idea behind this hero power is to be used in combos, plenty of cards around that works well with Whirlwind-like effects.
The weapon alone is easily 6 mana worth, possibly 7. Armor is worth 1 mana so that together is almost 8 already. The hero power is GOOD. Not as good as some others, but better than the basic hero powers. I say this will spawn a new, viable midrange/ control warrior. Will it be the best of the bunch? No idea. But it could be.
Unplayable, Warrior doesn't need board control it needs value, your opponent is just going to look at you like you're stupid while he takes you into fatigue, only plays one minion at a time or destroys your weapon and laughs - the card is literally worse than Gorehowl, my god that is awful.

That weapon is nearly an 8-mana Flamestrike. Seems reasonable in a warrior which isn't running the quest.

4/3 Weapon is crazy good for control, not sure about the hero power tho.
It does activate executes and enrages, so it may be good to build around.

The weapon makes the card bonkers, the HP is only ok frankly.
Hero power could push out more "if this minion takes damage" or "if this minion survives damage" based minions. Solid card.
