I don't think this is something they mentioned in the card reveal last week, but does anyone know if these types of spells work with Gadzetzan, Yogg, Violet Techer, etc

They have confirmed that only the original cast counts for spell/card triggers.

My assumption would be no because, from what I understand at least, the card is only cast from YOUR HAND once which triggers the cards you, the OP, mentioned. All other subsequent "cast" are generated by the card itself and may not count towards auctioneer, arcane golem, violet teacher, yogg and etc.
If the self casting spells do trigger effects, then i think it's safe to call those spells a little op.

If a recurring spell causes itself to be cast repeatedly, these additional "recasts" will not count as having been cast by the controlling player, and will therefore not trigger effects such as those of Gadgetzan Auctioneer nor add to the spell count of Yogg-Saron, Hope's End.
