Is this kind of card a "buff" card that gives credit towards the quest? Just genuinely curious about that- might (and that's a very strong might) see play in a buffadin deck
this plus primalfin goes infinite, the paladin buff deck can now basically run primalfin and this as 2 ofs, and then a bunch of buffs. And it will have so much lategame value, priest could entomb it and silence stops it, but otherwise this card plus primalfin is infinite value.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
Just fill your deck with one drops, that is creative deck design, right?
It might be worth noting that "revive" is a word we haven't seen before in Hearthstone. This is kinda a buff to The Last Kaleidosaur, and given this says "revive" rather than "resummon," I'm almost convinced the minion returns with its other buffs. It could just be an inconsistency, but if things do keep their buffs (except this one of course), that's pretty incredible. That would be amazing synergy with Spikeridged Steed and Primalfin Champion (with other buffs).

yes...the quest just says cast spells on your own minions. it just needs to be a single target spell. i don't think it even has to be a beneficial spell either but i'm not positive on that last bit
Pretty bad to trade a 2 mana CARD fro hero powers most of the time. Sure if cast on wickerflame or tyrion or bolvar it's pretty good but even then the reward isn't worth the drawback.
plus you get back the desperate resistance card so you can cast it on him again and keep him alive forever until he's either silenced or double killed by your opponent
The value !!! It doesn't work with double kill. When it dies first time it ressurects without buff and you get buffs in hand
I mean, it's predictable that everyone's mind goes straight to Tirion Fordring, but he's probably not the greatest target for it. It's not like you're going to get full use out of Ashbringer before he dies again.
I'd pick a better deathrattle, possibly even Bolvar, Fireblood if the board is right.

Lol this doesn't go infinite... they can kill the primalfin twice preventing you from casting the returned desperate stand on the primalfin a second time. Some people should really think a bit harder before they type.
Stop comparing cards with different non-paladin classcards Stop saying "decktype xy won't be a thing" unless we know all missing cards Stop saying a 5 mana minion battlecry will be better than 2 mana spell
you're Warlock, it's late game and your opponent has a big board. Play Ticking Abomination, then Treachery on it, Renounce Darkness getting Paladin stuff, Desperate Stand on Ticking Abomination, kill that sucker twice = 5 + 5 AoE, enough to get rid of most big dudes and medium-sized ones with shield or deathrattle generating other minions.
BTW, it's 10 mana because of Renounce Darkness discount on other class' cards. But you might play it earlier than t10 if you have saved The Coin , or enjoyed a tick of Emperor Thaurissan in Wild, or even play the combo over 2 turns.
I know it's VERY unlikely to happen, but wouldn't be surprised if we'll see a funny video with this someday.

We are Already Cards but they cost more and are worse spell versions of existing cards.
Kinda of meh...
My magic will tear you apart!

Doesn't it say "revive" because it's an unofficial translation?
Quest Paladin buff is what I see

Carpe Diem - Seize the day
This is for the quest deck
Paladin: Muahahaha Now I'll get 2 Tyrions
Me: No you get a sheep *Polymorph*
Side note this card makes me want to make a quest paladin deck.

At first I was thinking "meh. A worse Ancestral Spirit, then I realised: just as shaman could back in the day do sick combos with deathrattle, Ancestral Spirit and Reincarnate, paladin now can combine deathrattle, divine shield, Desperate Stand, Redemption and Corpse Raiser for some serious combos
not bad for minios with divine shield
Not worth a deckslot imo. Useless topdeck, effect is meh wont see play.

....
Probably a 1 of in my wild N'zoth Paladin deck.
Niche usage but will win games when used at key times.
Hey guys, just for a laugh, imagine this:
