Dead card most of the time.  Won't see play IMO. 

Are you freaking serious? Maybe just print 1 mana "give your opponent a win" next time? Wtf are blizz thinking? Is warlock a dumpster for all the crappy spells they want to implement in the game?

Very fun design. Complete waste of an Epic slot, though.
