This card seems terrible. I can't think of an instance where it helps your win condition consistently. But I don't care. This is an amazing addition to steal priest. I will ABSOLUTELY be crafting this GOLDEN and meme up ranked play!
I voted meta defining because it will most certainly define the rank 25 meta.
fixed that for you
Nah, you just haven't spent much time at rank 5. Now that you can't lose stars at 5, it has become a haven of fun for people who don't plan to make a push for legend...after a certain point in the season anyway.
suuuuuuuper bad move giving this to priest, who already has access to 40 health restore, 12 health spells, Priest of the Feast, Raza for 0 Mana healing, steal cards (Thoughtsteal, Glimmerroot, etc), and Free From Amber, alongside Dragonfire Potion and Holy Nova, plus hard removal for non-4-attack minions.
Oh, and Lyra for cheap spell cycles.
No one needs this.
Speak for yourself, I NEED THIS
Until you face mirror and you run a 30-45 minute match that consists of card steal RNG, Lyra spell RNG, and then playing Bishop to steal your endgame cards.
This is not healthy for the overall meta if this takes off.
I'm looking for balance in this expansion, not big OP swing cards that this card can be if the meta doesn't crush it into meme obscurity.
Uh...You clearly don't know me very well. I want that mirror match more than you could imagine...and also, this card will not see much if any serious play. At least not in any deck I can see in a competitive meta.
I have, explain to me how this card will win you a game. I actually think this card is terrible.
you haven't, you're trapped in the illusion that winning matters in this game.
What are you both talking about? Were in the matrix, Dont you know there is no game!?

Me I'm dishonest, and a dishonest man you can always trust to be dishonest. Honestly it's the honest ones you have to watch out for, you never can predict if they're going to do something incredibly stupid.
This Card is only good in a matchup which goes to fatigue, so for example if Control Warrior starts to runDead Man's Hand, this card would be a way to compete , otherwise it is total crap. Useless vs. so many other decks, like pirate warrior etc.
Nope, it's good everywhere, all the time in every deck and match up. I am pretty sure that if you play this in your deck there is a secret effect that says "You have won this game already".
What if you stole your opponent's deck w/ Prince Keleseth's battlecy effect will the minions you copy from their deck still has +1/+1 in your deck?
unlikely, but it depends on how they implement Keleseth's effect. assuming it is like The Mistcaller it won't actually buff the cards in the deck, it will buff them when they are drawn
Can imagine mirror stealing priest, you could steal his deck with benedictus inside, then he plays benedictus with his benedictus still inside. Never reaching fatigue !
But when would you even play this? This card is not good whatsoever. Seriously. Think about the problems that Malchezaar brings. Now multiply the problem by 3. The inconsistency that this card drools... cards like Thoughtsteal can be good because you're getting information and resources immediately.
I hope I'm wrong and that this card shows up in a Legend deck somewhere. This card has a lot of potential, but at face value, it's hard to justify using it seriously.
Nicely done, Blizzard.
Malchezar shuffles random and potentially useless cards. This shuffles your opponents deck which are good cards.
Except they are NOT guaranteed to be good cards that you're getting, which is why it's just. Like. Malchezaar.
I mean. In a control deck, I think this is good. Odds are if your opponent is playing control, the cards you steal will already fit into your gameplan. Games against aggro are often decided before turn 7 so this card will be as good as any high value card in that matchup, and jade decks might be unbeatable. We will see though. Paladin decks, control warrior decks, other priest decks and mage decks all seem like good targets for this card.

Between cards like mind vison and thought steal this is actually even LIKELY to happen, not just possible lol.
This card puts your opponents remaining cards in your deck, So playing it on turn 7 is completely terrible and screws up your entire game plan, However you play this when you're down to 5 cards or so and so is your opponent chances are quite high you're going to get something remotely useful from those remaining 5 cards in the opponents deck, This isnt a card i would be using early at all this is a true end game card for me one i wouldnt use if my opponents deck was more than 10 cards, Is it going to be meta defining i highly doubt it but its not terrible if used at the right time, Priests are designed to go late game, They are simply not a early game class, We can drag a game out against most classes to the final 5-10 cards and thats where this card has the potential to give you that little extra to get you over the finish line.
Comparing this to Malchezaar is the wrong way to look at it since that screws your deck from the off its a instant 5 cards that screw with your deck and can ruining synergys, However this card isnt instant, You choose when you want to take your opponents deck, You know your deck, You know what you have drawn and havent, You get to that point you know you're out of win conditions, You have 5 cards left, Those are SW:P, PW:S , Cleric, OP with no dragons and Holy Nova, Thats a perfect time to throw down Benedictus and hope your opponent has something in his last 5 or so cards that can give you that win, I see this more as a Yogg than a Malchezaar its not a "Build a deck around this card" its more of a "Add this to your deck to try and snatch victory from defeat", Its one card you dont have to play just like Yogg, It can just sit in your hand until very late game and add 1 2 or 3 cards to your deck, Noone is forcing you to throw this down on turn 7 and add 20 or so cards to your deck.
You dont play Yogg when you're in control of a game and have the game in the bag, You play Yogg when you're up the creek and you're praying Yogg brings you a paddle, Sometimes he brings a paddle, Sometimes he puts a hole in your little boat and laughs as you sink and sometimes he just rocks up in a speed boat and carrys your ass all the way to the win on his own, This card is that style of card.
The key part people need to understand about this card is YOU choose when you play it so YOU choose how many of your opponents deck you add to yours, Now if it was the whole 30 cards everytime this card would be terrible, However since you can control when you play it, How many cards you add to your deck, Play it when your deck has ran out of options, This card actually has potential, Again its not meta defining but for 1 card that could win you even 5% more games its not a bad option to have, If your deck is out of speed and power by the time you play this card anything you get is a chance to turn the game around, Where are the negatives at that point there isnt a single negative if you know you have no draws that can win you the game but you have this and your opponent has 5-6 cards, Thats 5-6 cards that maybe just maybe win you the game, Play this game on turn 7 and add 20 cards to your deck and then complain its a garbage card thats not the card thats the player.

Amazing for Fatigue Priest

Priest be like : what's the different between neutral and classes cards ? nothing
maybe the deck gonna be heavy draw , destroy and heal cards since the deck get finishers from the copy of opponent deck
What if you stole your opponent's deck w/ Prince Keleseth's battlecy effect will the minions you copy from their deck still has +1/+1 in your deck?
I thought this was fake at first but I was proven wrong... such an insane card in the right deck
wouldn't you like to know?
Archbiship Renedictifam
This card could be good when u steal 6-9 cards left, or maybe even more
just right after nzoth priest have 0 win condition, this card could be good after playing nzoth or atleast having him in ur hand
I un-salted myself and now I wish I liked playing Priest. I may have to start now.
