Reminds me of protect the king and that did not see any play and this is 2 mana more for + 4 health (Cant kill 2 health minions even token aggressive decks have them) and will summon 1 extra minion - the minions you already have on the board
The card Im guessing does not get fully cast again otherwise it would spend your mana again but should work with Gadgetzan Auctioneer.
words spoken every expansion, about a random card that sees no play. (tree of life etc.)
not saying this is bad. but its been said before
True. However this is undeniably good against aggro based board flood, which is Jade's only really weak match up. Currently aggro is so prevalent in the meta that is single handedly keeping Jade down. Honestly as much as I love this card, I am not excited to see what it will do for Jade. Jade itself is already an very strong midrange deck, that crushes control, has enough armor generation to generally survive combos as well (except exodia, obviously) and now potentially aggro too :(
The caveat being, the 1/5 are tough but not big. Maybe they don't have enough attack to help enough? Maybe...
Moves to the hall of fame seemed to be part of the rotation. Is there anything to make you think they're going to move cards to the hall of fame when KFT is released ?
there is no way auctioneer doesnt get nerfed into the ground. they literally cast again so he triggers.
edit: i am 99.9% positive auctioneer actually gets moved to hall of fame because of these cards.

Remember Book Burning..? "If an opponent doesn't have book burning * deal 5 damage to him or her, that player discards two cards."
*forced line change to reflect the text on the actual card.
"What are you doing..? You only get one 1/5 token." "You still have more minions!" "Yeah -- but it's more minions THAN YOU!" "Where does it say that..? It only sais 'if you have any more minions', and they're not all dead!"
Spreading dust* what's the dream you get get 3 1/5's with taunt useless in Constructed might be fine in Arena not good fine might also turn out to be terrible in Arena also and no a garbage N'Zoth that costs you more and makes you play taunt minions won't work doesn't have 5 attack or taunt what's the dream you play it still haven't died somehow you neutralize it and get worse cards and no body plus your opponent draws 2 cards and that's the dream you can't taunt this why the hell isn't it just battlecry like N'Zoth
It's better than your writing skills. That's for sure.
This card just seems insane. You are guaranteed at least one trigger, and while one trigger isn't good, it does keep it from ever being a dead card. Two trigger looks mediocre, definitely not a card that would see play if it always triggered twice, but you won't feel awful about it. Three triggers starts to get absolutely insane, 15 health in taunts for 5 mana is more than spikeridged steed gives you.
There are a couple of currently popular decks that this effect absolutely wrecks. Namely, token druid and shaman. Both tend to put a lot of low attack minions on the board, and even their burst spells (savage roar/bloodlust) probably won't be enough to get through all of the 1/5s. Spreading plague is a particularly good counter to living mana, you generate a bigger board than they did and leave them trying to figure out what to do with only 1 mana crystal.
I definitely see this being put into every slow druid deck, it helps mitigate druid's biggest weakness and helps you get to your powerful late game.
Although not perfect, I really think that the comparisons to Spikeridge Steed are the most accurate. My biggest fear with this card is that Jade Druid finds the room for it and suddenly has a wildly different wr against aggro. Although if that happens and leads to the final necessary nerf to Jade Idol then I will personally declare this card to be the risen Christ.

So why is this worded differently than Protect the King!?
To give the illusion of "new mechanic"?
Or does this actually multi-activate shit like Gadgetzan Auctioneer?
Does this trigger yogg or auctioneer or mana addict multiple times?

I'm SO glad this game isn't physical right now.

I'm not that hyped about it, but apparently the community has a different oppinion. Time will tell.
12 wins in ArenA with: Mage and Paladin, first time legend with Rogue
It think its overcosted
This card looks alot worse now after the Shaman DK reveal
