- Bank your hero power the turn before with leftover mana, making both turns more mana effective.
This weapon's advantage ? Save you what is probably 2-4 face damage at most, which won't even happen if you use your weapon to push for lethal.
Not nearly worth the trade-off, and even if it were, Deadly Poison barely sees play, so this doesn't even make this good, and what little play it sees is as a Gadgetzan Auctioneer activator, which this is not.

2-4 health max ? I would say that 5-6 damage each hit would be 30-40% of the cases.
"each hit" ; Well, first, read the effect again, you're only immune for the first hit.
Second, if you think you won't be compelled to play this turn 3 half the time, you haven't been following.
Third, by the time minions have 5-6 attack, playing a 3-mana 3/2 weapon will severely wreck your turn's mana efficiency.
I'm imagining it. I don't see it being played in warrior. They already had a 3 mana 3/2 weapon with a conditional positive effect that was never played.
People saying this is unplayable are just comparing it to one of the most busted cards in the game (war axe) This is a solid eff in rogue and fairly well stated. It definitely has potential with decent support
Remove the minion and don't take the damage? Who thinking this is a bad card don't play rogue, the lack of healing is the most crucial weakness of the class and this weapon helps a lot in this aspect.
I love how rogues have been given healing/damage prevention with this expansion. Rogues have very good tempo so they can afford to pay 3 for a weapon like this if it means some safe removal. Anyone who plays lots of rogue in this meta knows that pirate warrior is a brutal matchup for rogues as ramming our faces into their minions is a recipe for getting killed. This weapon also single-handedly provides the proc for Luckydo Buccaneer and fills our need for dealing three damage which we struggle to do without SI:7/Backstab and dagger. Our T3 is either slow (Shaku/Mimic Pod), situational (Fan of Knives), or combo reliant (SI:7). It's nice to have a better option for T3 since Obsidian Shard will almost never cost 3 by T3.
Finally a playable weapon for rogue.
Exactly the kind of weapon Rogue has need for a while
How is this any good when Deadly Poison also gives a 3/2 weapon for 3 but allows you to :
- Trigger Combo for cheap.
- Trigger Gadgetzan Auctioneer.
- Bank your hero power the turn before with leftover mana, making both turns more mana effective.

Envenom Weapon synergy?

A playable weapon for rogue? The Blizzard hire a new team or something?
fatigue hates this card
I expected another concept but the card is not bad.
The weapon Mill Rogue players have been waiting for ;). Jokes aside it seems like a pretty good weapon overall.
Imagine if this is a warrior card ....
Eaglehorn bow is often used in hunter, so this weapon will probably be used in rogue. Seems like a solid card.
By looking at all those "good weapon" comments, I guess we can cross out the "bad card with great reviews" from bingo.

I'm here to kick ass and play cards, and I'm all out of ass.
