Unless there are some crazy synergies (like a powerhouse 2-mana card), why not just run the more flexible Whirlwind instead? Or Cruel Taskmaster. A 1/3 is pretty damn useless unless you can buff it.
I guess if you really want to double down on this type of effect you'd want ALL of the cards that do it, perhaps to power-draw through your deck for some kind of combo.
This card can be uses in conjunction with battle rage and acolyte of pain to form a great draw engine. If that happens and some otk can be found, this might be a strong card.

Defiinitely an interesting 1 drop for warrior. Combo with Grommash Hellscream? Kappa
Excited to try it out in a patron warrior deck though.
When I die, I want to go peacefully and in my sleep like my Grandpa. Not yelling and screaming like the passengers in his car.

Hello Skellige bear from gwent
RNGesus#2678 , 20x+ legend EU, control warrior ftw
Would have been good back in the patron days. There just aren't many devastating creatures Warrior uses now that need to be damaged.
Meta-defining, but maybe only for a Tier3-4 deck...
12 wins in ArenA with: Mage and Paladin, first time legend with Rogue
Voted bad.

Absurd card. 1 mana activates so many things.
