This is bad card. Maybe in some kind of midrange/tempo warrior it could work, but other then that - no. CW does not need this card. And i know what i am talking about since it is my main deck. Maximal18 gave good explenation.

Maybe in typical Control Warrior. But in a Deathrattle N'Zoth Control Warrior this card is amazing. It stabilizes the early board and then comes back later in the game for even more stabilization.
I'm pretty much in agreement that I don't see a slot for this card in any current deck, but if nothing else I love the idea behind it. I hope there are more cards that do things on your opponent's turn, like this one.
It's bad and I can tell you why. For a minion to be attacked on your opponents turn it needs to threaten value trades with an aggro deck. Aka the only matchup where this armor actually matters. Any other match up, the life gain matters less than you think. Huge pools of armor mattered in days of fatigue. Those days are gone.
Basically you will play this on 3, your opponent will go face and ignore it. You will get a bad trade because of the poor stats. The only place where it can see application is in a aggro deck itself, and you don't really care about your life total in an aggro deck. Tar creeper is better in a defensive warrior deck.
Maybe not completely awful. Definitely seems like people are overhyping it though. A crazy poisonous board clear with shadow step and Plague Scientist seems easier to pull off than getting an aggro deck to make this trade.
If only it had taunt. This is not a bad card, not every card that is not broken or overpowered is bad. This is a balanced card, it is not bad. But the problem is even though the deathrattle is defensive, it has to be destroyed by your opponent in order to get the armor gain and if they are playing an aggressive deck, they are just going to ignore this card and hit face. The best deck for this card at the moment is probably going to be in an N'zoth warrior, I know N'zoth decks exist in wild but at the moment not in standard, however because this expansion is going to have a lot of deathrattles then maybe an we can get a good N'zoth deck in standard, however for that to happen I would like to start seeing some good neutral or warrior deathrattle taunts.
Card will be fine in Wild but we need to see more cards in this expansion to support the type of deck that this card goes into in standard, Hopefully we will because that is the point of a new expansion, to create new decks. That is why sometimes cards that end up being all stars initially get labelled as bad because people think the card does not fit in a current deck, not realizing that the card may end up being an important part of an entirely new deck.
This is the type of card we want to see. Interactive, makes you think, potentially really good but not always. Not the bullshit aggro cards we've gotten the last few expansions.
Ya don't want to take 4 damage to the face every turn. This card can work in aggro, and work well as early aggression in a Ctrl Warrior deck that ends up giving them Armor. Early offense that turns into defense helping the deck survive into mid game, ultimately helping the deck transition into late game. Very interesting card.
This card is 4/3 and it makes your opponent scared to take 4 damage. So, they probably will trade and you will gain that 6 armor. I actually think this card is pretty good. And, I believe that this is one of the rare situations that a minion having more attack than health is better.
Might actually see play. I believe that this card is better than Ironforge Portal. Yes, the armor is not guaranteed but still, I think that. Tempo Warrior or even Control Warrior, maybe?
But only control warriors are going to use this, so the opponent won't be scared to take the irrelevant four damage. I think this card is bad
Surely this guy make CW can play much more proative but still have the defense benefit. Turn 3 this guy and turn 4 buff by a Cruel tastmaster will make it 6/2 and no way your opponent can leave it there. I will take out the ghoul for this guy becasue of the new weapon

I am not that sure. Tempo Warrior might come back (with this and the new weapon) and this card could fit into it. Let's not be that negative about this card. IMO 4/3 cards are always scary, 4 damage means a little less than your 1/7 health.

Now this is what I'm talking about. Finally we're getting the good cards.
I'm probably going to jinx it, but 0% says "Dust it!", which is amazing.

Interesting card. Finally! I'm down to see how this is used. A damned if you do damned if you don't for your opponent. I dig i
Seems like an arena card, can't see a place for it in a constructed deck.
pretty mediocre card
speed, momentum, violence

You have to learn the rules of the game. And then you have to play better than anyone else.
Mmmmm Tasty, i smell my favorite CW coming back... slowly but surely :D
