@Kovachut, I was also thinking about that. If there is one, this card goes up in value instantly! But.... If the card that draws the 2 mana minion is it's self 2 mana, it kind of doesn't change anything. So we'll have to see!
yes, but that's why i suggested it would cost 1 mana
Because drawing a 1-mana 2/2 on turn 8 sucks. Why not just run actually good 2-drops and then minions that buff them, instead of never having a 2-drop in an aggro deck?
I am not suggesting to make an aggro deck with this Card. I am not sure whether you can make a reasonable deck with it (with the present Cards, that is). I am saying that it doesn't make sense to remove Ramp in a Ramp Druid just for the sake of a +1/+1 buff on minions that are big anyway.
But my example was also off, because Ancient of war will likely be a 5/10 anyway since the transform effects make a new minion.
Oh sorry, my mistake, there were multiple replies going on. Ancient of War SHOULD be 6/11, but if it isn't, then it's time Blizzard update the text.

Life before death. Strength before weakness. Journey before destination.
It's too early to say, but unless there's something that can pull this early, it could kill a lot of really good 2 drops that most people would have in their decks. On the other hand, it could make pirates redunkulous, it could make the hunter quest viable, and for a lot of powerful 1 and 3 drops that got nerfed, it could bring them back into the spotlight. But again, there'd have to be a way to pull it out early.

Something like 5 manas 5/6, in start of the game replace a random card into your starting hand for Prince Keleseth?
How does this work at all in pirates? You miss waraxe, raider and heroic strike
The card is ass honestly. "I need to have this in my opening hand or my turn 2 is a hero power" who the hell designs a deck with that strategy in mind. There are so many important 2 mana spells across the whole basic set for classes that can't be ignored for a global +1/1. Remember when The Mistcaller was revealed and people were crapping their pants? This one is even worse.
You can play 2 one mana minions, but the really problem is get this card in turn 2...
I can be wrong but I think this card will be used in a least 1 Tier 2 deck.
If you could guarantee it in your opening hand, sure. This game is decided by early board advantage though, and I dont think this card helps. Not a good sign of cards to come I think.
Warlock zoo is probably the only deck where playing this card might be possible. As it can survive on turn 2 by playing 2 1 drops or coining out a 3 drop. That said warlock zoo is currently bad - so it would need other good cards to be viable. And those other good cards would have to not be 2 mana cost.
Most likely will not see play after the first 2 weeks of the expansion.... But there is a small chance.
It might be playable in quest Hunter jn certain cases but other than that it can't be judged fully yet cuz there are still 130 more cards jn the set that haven't been revealed lol. But it's probably a dead card cuz it can only be played in a few decks and definitely not in current archetypes

Pretty bad. The problem is going to be drawing it. And playing it on turn 2. Odds are against this happening with any consistency.
Would be an interesting card if the effect was present from the start of the game. (like Prince Malchazeer).
will see play 100% sure

I... I love him.
I would vote dust it, but I wouldn't want to risk opening it a 2nd time.
Brann Bronzebeard + Prince Keleseth + Shadowstep + Prince Keleseth + Shadowstep + Prince Keleseth, +6/+6 to your minions for 5 mana and 4 cards. Alternative rouge quest... the likelyhood of pulling the combo is very low though.

@GhostTrickx1 Just because one card may not be playable, you're doubting this expansion? Seems a little premature don't you think?
It's pretty terrible, most likely wont see play.

Buffadin paladins can play it multiple times with Getaway Kodo. Though they won't have Hydrologist to discover it :(
If I open this card (God forbids!) my 1st choice would be to build an aggro druid with it.
I don't think this is a card for aggro decks. It has potential to generate a lot of value late game.
