I just unpacked The Voraxx. My question is: if I run a Token Druid deck with this, will The Voraxx summon the plant with my buffs? For example if I play Mark of the Lotus with The Voraxx on board, will I also get a 2/2 plant, or will that not happen because I didn't specifically *target* The Voraxx?

Well, beast druid runs some targeted buffs, but yeah ... for a neutral legendary, it has a pretty narrow range of utility. Though, there's nothing wrong with building a joke warrior deck and using The Voraxx and Inner Rage combos :P

The Voraxx only summons the tokens when your spells target him specifically.
Darn.
So this supposedly neutral minion only has value with Paladin or Priest. In some cases Warlock or Rogue.

Might try this!
Also, a sort of Token-Totem Shaman deck with Primal Fusion. Use Bloodlust as the win condition.
I like it! Bring back the old Wicked Witch shaman!
