So I will have 1600 dust soon and I was wondering what should Icraft. I was thinking Fire Plume's heart, Aya Blackpaw, or Finja? Can someone help me to decide which one to craft? or even offer me new ideas of what to craft?
Finja is if you're a hardcore murloc player. Not always essential.
Jades aren't as prevalent as they were in Gadgetzan era, but Aya is essential for those decks, as she adds two and possibly more if you have Umbra, N'Zoth or some other duplicate trick in your deck, or Baron/Brann in wild play. Been having fun with a Jade N'zoth Rogue deck recently.
Fire Plume's Heart has the longest shelf life of the three you listed in standard, but some people claim it's a boring card. Long games are more fun than beat the Pirates/Crystal before four turns IMO. Getting Sulfuras isn't a guaranteed win, but it's not easy to deal with.

Fire Plume Heart or Finja is my pick. (if i had to pick i would pick Fire because of shelf life) Good luck either way.
Fire Plume's Heart I own and love this card. This is not very good for climbing rank because the games are longer but I love the feel of the deck. Its a decent card however cards like Stonehill Defender really help the deck to shine. As mentioned above this card has a full year more shelf life than the other options which is why I would argue that this card should be prioritized if you like control warrior and are willing to at least obtain one Primordial Drake. (check a few decks and see if you have the cards for the deck.)
Aya Blackpaw I own and like this card. It is an essential piece to any jade deck. The jade army is more of a control style. Aya is a versatile minion that has synergy with Brann Bronzebeard and N'Zoth, the Corruptor . This year Aya will probably be used with Spiritsinger Umbra. This card should be on your radar.
Finja, the Flying Star- I don't own this card however I have heard really good things about it. There are some people who say that this card is one of the reasons why they started playing Hearthstone again. I opted to get a classic legendary over this card but it is on my short list. Plus in wild imagine Old Murk-Eye getting summoned! This card has staying power for sure. As a fully neutral this card has the most options of being played in different decks however probably will be used in shaman or paladin. This card does require some epic murlocs however so that should be kept in mind.
There are good arguments for all three of these Legendaries. However, let me point out that Fire Plume's Heart locks you into just one class. The other two are more flexible.

So as of right now I play Quest Rogue and I also play a lot of elemental/sem-jade shaman. I like the way both of these play and I crafted the Rogue one first because if it gets nerfed then i get my dust back. I like playing warrior and I think it's fun, and I am also trying to climb the ladder if that gives any insight into what I might craft.
I crafted the quest for warrior, the deck is strong but is booooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooring, after 3 games I don't want to play anymore, same for quest rogue.
The only quest I like to play, for the challenge and diversity is quest mage, the deck is not strong than warrior and rogue but you have much more fun in the games because you have to deal with random spells.
Always craft depending on which packs you are receiving most. All three of these legendaries are a must in their own archetypes, but it comes down if you play a lot of arena(un'goro packs)so you shouldn't craft fire plum cause there is a chance you will get it .
I also like to play Pirate Warrior so I was thinking of crafting Leeroy Jenkins, but there are a lot of legendaries that I like, but it is hard because I play Quest Rogue and also Elemental/Jade Shaman, but I feel like Leeroy can fit in really good decks. Input Please!! I'm hear to take advice!
Finja isn't really necessary in any deck now, aggro druid lists cut him lately, and it isn't good in murloc paladin since it can pull a battlecry murloc, so I'd advise against crafting him.
Fire Plume's Heart is both boring and underwhelming. You just slam down taunts all game and then hero power every turn. Besides, the meta has warped around the deck. I'm facing many counters for it on ladder and I often have to mulligan my quest. It isn't the powerhouse it was when ungoro launched.
Aya is used in two decks currently: jade shaman and jade druid. The shaman one is underwhelming in the current meta, don't craft aya if it's for that deck. Jade druid, on the other hand, is on the rise, but if the gadgetzan meta taught us something it's that when it gets too prevalent, aggro decks rise to counter it and the meta has some powerful aggro decks now: token druid, murloc paladin and druid's old nemesis, pirate warrior. So I doubt jade druid will be very good.
Are you sure there aren't any other legendaries you'd rather craft? A classic one, perhaps? Remember, these stay in standard forever. A good choice currently would be Thalnos, Tirion or Alexstrasza, though the latter two require other legendaries and epics in their respective decks (midrange paladin/burn mage).
Of those three choices, I'd choose Finja. Murloc Paladin + the water package that was the rage for a while. Murloc is one "tribe" they have built both effectively and interestingly every recent expansion, and I don't see those jokey MF devs moving away from that soon.
I crafted Aya after Un'Goro dropped and regretted it. Nice to be able to build jade netdecks, but those are mid-tier right now, and so-so for fun in my opinion. Are they ever going to create another Jade card? Analogy, would you see them creating another C'Thun card? I wouldn't bet on it.
I'm on the fence on Plume, it feels to me like that quest is waning in power currently, but Devs have been pushing taunt warrior for a while, might get/stay interesting.
Personally, reading this thread I'd agree that looking at holes in your Classic legendary collection deserves some thought. I'd recommend Leeroy right behind Finja, almost equal, maybe more. Unless you find aggro/burst/combo offensive it's a pretty powerful finisher.
None of these legendaries are good in this meta, nor will they ever be again. If you want a viable legendary to craft, here's probably the best investment for your dust.
Today in my free brawl pack I got Barongeddon, then I had a cup of fresh green tea. As a result of that, I think Priest is OP because my keyboard is not a mechanical one. I hope Blizzard will address this issue.

Fire Plume's Heart only is you have epics cards for quest warrior, Dirty Rat Sleep with the Fishes and others
Aya Blackpaw if you are going elemental shaman or jade druid
Finja, the Flying Star is not good card in current meta, don't craft it.
Overall you have to choose between Jade Druid/Shaman and Control warrior.
It all depends on the cards you have and what deck you want to play.
Is there any deck archetype that you like in particular?

Aya Blackpaw because Golems are girl's best friend.
Seriously it is Aya. I just crafted her.
Death to all who oppose the Horde!
Ok so what I'm hearing is Aya? is she really that good that I should craft her? I have other jade cards so I feel like she could be good.

My (custom) expansion:
Return to Outland (Black temple + Burning Legion cards)- Complete

S39 Legend - Quest Rogue, S38 Legend - Murloc Paladin, S37 Legend - Miracle Rogue, S36 Top 200 Legend - Aggro Shaman, S35 - Finished Rank 51 Legend - Aggro Shaman, S34 Legend - Aggro Shaman
I think crafting the quest would be better in the long run, as a long term investment. Plus, I really love the quests.
