MarctheShark826 Standard, i like control decks, but is good to play them against the aggro deck what beat you in turn 6?
i would seriously consider wild as a new player. there are so many cards from Naxx and GvG that are staples of a lot of decks that are also only commons and rares that are very worth your dust. cards like Sludge Belcher and Piloted Shredder can be used in legitimately every deck. Haunted Creeper fits in any hunter deck, beast druid, egg druid, aggro paladin, midrange paladin, zoo and even some midrange n'zoth decks. Muster for Battle belongs in any paladin deck. Mad Scientist fits in hunter, mage and paladin nicely. Deathlord is a staple in just about any control deck, while Azure Drake can be put into any deck and very likely improve it. I don't recommend spending all your dust on standard cards that will rotate out eventually. Wild is a great format with a lot of variety and I actually have started to prefer it to standard meta
I'd suggest to go the midrange hunter route for a moment, i have different accounts and it works super on my free to play accounts. (also on my account where i spent money... just to add)
and while playing with it accumulating more cards...
patience pays out in the long run, alltough it's really hard to save when you don't have that much. but you can make a hunter that's pretty solid without crafting anything... just look for substitutions...
if you're interested you can add me in game, or send a pm here on the forum and I would offer my help with trying to build a deck with only cards you allready have. and if you want me to i could watch you and help out with some tipps ;-)
happy grinding ;-) never give up, you'll reach a solid cardbase sooner than you think if you play regularly ;-)
