Because this site LOVES answering this question, right? At 1600 again! I've compiled a list of options and their pros and cons and would love to hear what people think, since I'm a relatively new player.
Note: I'm only opening Ungoro packs since they have so many good legendary options. So most of these are gonna be Classic options
I've got most of the quest cards I want. Of the ones I'm missing (mage, paly, preist and warlock) the only ones I really want (mage and priest) are missing another must-have legendary (Ant and Nzoth)
Lyra the Sunshard- Pros: I'm enjoying priest decks right now, shes super strong. Cons: Might open one, not Classic
LEEEEEROOOOY JENKINS!- Pros: Classic, one of my favorite cards from the TCG, good in a lot of decks I like. Cons: Not in any of the decks I like at this moment
Tirion Fordring- Pros: Classic, Used in every paladin deck because hes so good. Cons: I would have to play Paladin, I don't have the cards to make a decent paly deck... YET!
Alexstrasza- Pros: Classic, Good in a variety of decks, gets good value even if shes hexed or killed. Cons: Kinda slow, mostly good in control decks which I'm... not amazing with
1. Lyra the Sunshard- If you're enjoying Priest right now she's a great craft. You could definitely wait for the slim chance you open her in a pack, but more than likely you'll always be waiting. Sure it would suck to open her after crafting her but it happens and is pretty unlikely,
2. Leeroy Jenkins- In my opinion he's second behind Lyra. He's always been good in a variety of decks such as Miracle, Aggro, Pirates etc. and has the bonus of being in the Classic collection.
3/4.- Tirion Fordring and Alexstrasza- Both great Classic cards but based on what you said it doesn't seem like you really need them right now. I personally love Paladin and Tirion is a must have in basically every Pally deck ever, but the decks used right now are pretty expensive so it's probably best to wait a bit with him. Alex probably has the slight edge over him and is a great card in general but right now is mostly just used in Freeze Mage.
Yep go for Lyra the Sunshard if you enjoy playing priest atm. No need to make legendaries you are not going to use yet, and when you want to start playing different class you most likely have gathered some dust to spend on those new legendaries you need ;) Have fun with your priest deck!

Alex is only used in freeze and some burn mage decks. Definitely not in a variety of decks and not needed to be honest, unless you LOVE freeze mage. Tirion is amazing but I would go for Lyra as i've been having a lot of fun with her since I opened her.
I'll echo what others have said and say go with what you are enjoying. Normally from this list, I would have picked Tirion in a heartbeat, but it sounds like it might be a while until you get to really use him anyway. Go with Lyra if you're loving priest. It is a very strong card (that I wish I had).

Definitely craft Lyra the Sunshard in your case. The chance of getting it through opening packs is very low so might as well craft it.
