Alright, well this is starting off as a bit of a hunch, but is it possible that the devs made it so Elise the Trailblazer's packs always gave some kind of synergy? What I mean by that is that of the (Admittedly few) packs I've opened from elise, there's always been some kind of synergy.
So, this is just what I've experienced so far, off the top of my head. I know the synergies were there, so is it some kind of programming, luck, or just the number of cards making synergy pretty much inevitable? Granted how few packs I've done, I can't say anything for certain.
That in mind, how have Elise's packs been for you guys? Good synergies in the packs, always something of use, or no?
So, when a warrior uses Dead Man's Hand, what does that actually mean in terms of flavor? Is he the dead man? Does he cut off his own hand? Is that why he has Tentacles for Arms? Does he think that tentacles are actually as good as arms?
These reasons and more are why I think warriors are more mysterious than people give them credit for.
Elise has been pretty bad for me, considering I don't have her blazing trails. The person I go against always get something crazy like dinomancy and a whole ton of jewels macaws

For example: I get a Primalfin Lookout, (Weak), but also a Primalfin Champion (Makes the lookout useful). I get Kalimos, Primal Lord(Fair enough), and then also Air Elemental. I get Tol'vir Stoneshaper, and then also another elemental, Servant of Kalimos, or, most recently, Tar Lord and Blazecaller. The worst I've gotten still gave me the anaconda and a 5+ atk minion.
