So, which cards do you think are being hyped too much and are not gonna live up to expectations. On the other hand, which cards do you think that despite popular belief, are gonna shake the meta. This applies to both arena and constructed (wild and standard). I know the expansion isn't live yet. I just want to hear (read) what people think.
Shadow Visions. Best card in the set (in potential), will break the meta, if not this set then a couple sets down the line, but I can already think of degenerate things to do with it.
I have no clue if it will be any good, or even if it is a good thing for HS in general, but this new possibilities of minions that have healing beyond 12 is something I'm actually quite amazed of. I mean just look at Ultrasaur 's face, think it says it all ... He's like : ....Ssssoooooooooorry Deathwing ...

I'd argue that shadow visions is over hyped along with radiant elemental. Tutor effects are some of the strongest effects in magic, however hearthstone is a very different game and I think overpaying for a spell in many cases isn't as good as you'd hope. still I expect it to see play and players at the top level will shadow visions earlier than needed and have the card ready on time instead of needing to pay 5 mana to find an immediate death or dragonfire. Also I expect priests that run that card to only run maybe 3-4 other spells (2 each) and one shadow visions. For that card to be good you need to pull the card you want every time not shadow visions into shadow visions.
Radiant elemental is not the same as apprentice, the average priest spell is no where as good as the average mage spell. yes, turn 2 elemental PW: Shield is a great tempo and power play but radiant elemental will be used for its body more often than its discount if it does see play.
I agree she was overhyped but that's because people still had hope for un'goro reigning in Jade decks. Jade druid kind of eliminate her long game potential. I also think Discolock quest is overhyped, discarding 6 cards is much harder than you'd think and you'd need to draw to do that. draw means life taps and tempo loss which means by the time you get to the quest and spend 5 mana on 2 3/2's you might just die. Jaraxxus gives you a 6/6 every turn for the low cost of 2 mana while giving you heal to 15 and a nice weapon.
FireFly. Everyone thinks is "good", but i think is OP. So flexible card.
Lyra the SunHard. Everyone think is bad cause priest spells sucks. But I think that is good enough to see play. Even bad spells is better than nothing.
Feel like the Shaman quest is underhyped. It's not that hard since it's summon 10 murlocs, not play, so it synergizes well with Finja if need be, Call in the Finishers and the 2 mana murloc that summons a murloc. Murlocs have always had a great ability to zerg down opponents super fast but quickly ran out of steam if your board got cleared. The quest refills your hand, plus the Shaman epic card that can return your minions to hand is very helpful. All in all, it's not a guarantee it'll be OP, but it definitely has high potential as an aggro deck for people who like playing that style.
I feel like mage quest is too overhyped and will not have much impact on upcoming meta.
I also think people don't realize how powerful tortollan primalist might Be , especiallyin arena, very flexible. I also feel like druid quest archetype deserves more hype.

Overhyped:
Warlock Quest. Normal zoo will be better.
Totally agree with this.
Also, I think Mimic Pod is way underhyped. I actually don't know if Rogue will be viable in this meta, but I think that card will be a staple in basically every Rogue deck (not just ones using the Quest) until it rotates out.
Two cards that I think will see constructed play successfuly
Fire Plume Phoenix in Elemental Shaman specifically as the crucial tempo 4 drop curve into Servant of Kalimos.
And second is a fun one
I look at Frozen Crusher and just think everybody is seriously overating the freeze penalty ... It's a friggin Elemental! On curve, overstated, and deck synergy, it'll see play. Definitely not a 2x though, just a 1 of.
All the quests are overhyped, many of you think they are "meta defining" but none will see play in tier 1-2 decks because you start with -1 mana, -1 card and an inconsistent deck. The quests will just hurt your winrate vs. aggro and jades.
I don't think people realized the value of King Mosh, With taunt warrior quest, Turn 7 curator, draw the 8 drop dragon that damages all creatures, then turn 9 King Mosh for board wipe.
People have to see this little one make his turns to finally give the deserved respect: Tortollan Primalist.
Can't agree more, when people get hit by call of the wild in a slow meta they'll rage at a 5/4 + COTW for 8 mana. Nesting Roc is also crazy for a common neutral, a 4/7 5 drop that's a beast and has taunt potential is an amazing 5 drop.
And the Crusher of the set every one will hate is Rockpool Hunter. 2 mana 3/4 with partial charge... holy shit it doesn't even have overload itself and it also has the murloc tag itself. This card is legit insane and might make the murloc shaman deck a thing by himself. buff a war leader later in the game for stickiness or a small drop for trades.

In first day reveal people overrated Elise, after all cards reveal the hype for her vanish.
Dinomancy - Insane
EDIT: I should have added that it is way underhyped. BEST HP EVER.

People have been knocking Hemet, Jungle Hunter as pointless.
I argue it will be in every Mage Giants Time Warp deck. Hemet guarantees you draw giants/Alex/Antonidas when you need it.
