1. You need to play burgle cards. Swashburglars are alright, but there's no guarantee you'll even draw them to start. Undercity Huckster is good in a N'zoth archetype, but would that archetype run this weapon? Maybe, maybe not. Burgle is rotating, so that's not an option. Shaku comes too late to have enough of an impact. It could be good if you play the card late, weave it in with other stuff, but to play it on curve, Shaku is bad because a 3/3 weapon for 4 is bad. The new Discover card is pretty good for this, but I'd rather get Swashburglar to get a 1/1.
2, You need to play the burgle'd cards. The cards you burgle are going to cost mana. They might cost more than the weapon itself. They might require synergies that your deck doesn't have. Reducing the cost of this wep to 0 seems easy on paper, but the odds of that happening are close to zero. So assume it'll be a 3 mana 3/3 weapon, maybe a 2 mana 3/3 weapon. Are those good enough to see play?
... yeah. They are. But are they good enough in Rogue, a class lacking in heal? Hard to say for sure until we see it in action, but I'm going to cautiously rate it playable.

The new spell give you a discover card instead random shit, you can discover healing or mass removal from that, this card is to play for 0 in turn 7 or 8 for tempo.
Why the hell are people whining about this card? The cost can easily be reduced and we get a 3 durability weapon! With 3 attack! For proc'ing Luckydo and synergy with weapon buffs. Everything about this card is absolutely incredible.
This is the best weapon that rogue has revieved in like ever, but it's really not that good and I'll explain why.
A 3 damage weapon, to really help with controlling the board, needs to be used early game, say turn 3-4 to have any real impact. Realistically your're gonna have this at 3 mana at best on turn 3, which would be perfectly fine. The problems are that rouge really likes to hero power on turn 2, which makes this a lot worse, and rogue doesn't really have the health gain to control the board with a 3 durability weapon anyway. And this is the best case scenario. Most of the time, this weapon is gonna be a 4 mana 3/3 on turn 3.
This weapon will probably be tried out, but I don't see anyway that it'll ever be a staple with the card pool in standard as it looks now.

YESSS BURGLE ROGUE
"The Slayer" custom class
"The Great Thaw" expansion competition finalist
Rogue gets a not-shit weapon. What is going on?
Trash weapon for a trash archetype.
The 1st step towards a better game is firing Mike Donais! We had enough of his "skillful" balances!

Burgle rogue tool when Burgle rotates out, i think you came too late blizzard
Burglar's Rogue incentive is pretty tempting now
Never mind, not that good actually"What have you got there,
PinocchioMalygos?"One Swashburglar can make this 3 mana 3/3 weapon, which isn't bad, I don't think.
Not an early game weapon, obviously. I'm wondering how it'll do without Burgle, though.
At least its better than Poisoned Blade
Well, i voted playable, by the time you play enough cards for it to be cheap it will have no impact.
Nice one, play other burgle stuff until this cost 0, is like Thing From Hell.
Wow rogue weapon but doesnt look good
Deadly Poison on this seems juicy.

rogue things being cheaper matters more than other classes because of combo
Vvreeeew.
I see two big problems with this.

Hmmmmmmm it could ok.
