Well if you managed to only discard one card and that card was a Cruel Dinomancer, your next one would summon it back and then keep summoning itself infinitely. If only there was a targeted discard mechanic... It would be like Dreadsteed on crack
Discarding this card and only this card makes for interesting power creep. Look at Dreadsteed, then this.
Also, this goes insane with N'Zoth for the pure fact that you'll have a field of 5/5s every turn, near infinite value board clears for days. Makes FoggerLock (Mayor Noggenfogger, of course) potentially a deck that can still survive, considering having a wall of 5/5 minions makes Noggenfogger so much happier. N'Zoth is such a sweet boy.
If you can get to a position where the only minion you've discarded is the first Cruel Dinomancer, and then you play Spiritsinger Umbra, summoning one more Cruel Dinomancer will instantly fill your board with 5/5s!
What happens when you kill your own Dinomancer with a Deathwing? Will discarded cards from DW be part of the discarded pool?
Probably no, you play Deathwing, destroy all minions, trigger deathrattle, summon something if you discard before or nothing if you don't discard then you discard your hand.
Silverware Golem says "If discarded" then summon, Clutchmother says "When discarded" add it back to your hand - neither say "instead of discarding." I think that has to mean Silverware Golem has been both discarded and summoned.
So here's a quandary for you... If you discarded a Silverware Golem and it was (obviously) summoned, will it still count towards being discarded for this?
I'm going to say yes, just based on...feeling? I'm pretty sure the game would still regard it as discarded even if it was summoned as a result of said discard.
I think you're right...

More likely this gives you value back from heavy discard cards like doomguard, felhound, and dark bargain.
It's not a discard synergy card, because getting a 2/2 beast back would suck so would a silverware golem, I'd much rather have that 6/6 infernal I discarded earler when I played doomguard. Or it's one way of releaving the pain of playing doomguard and tossing your second doomguard.
Typically you'll get something at least as good as a flame imp.. Not bad value, but it's too slow for discolock.. If it were a battlecry instead of a deathrattle though... Autoinclude
Too bad he is not a demon, you be a lot easier make the combo for infinite 5/5 if you can tutor the second one with Sense Demons.
True, but you can Tutor your Demon-based discard such as Doomguard and Felhound.
This looks promising for a midrange discard deck. While infinite Cruel Dinomancer is perhaps the dream combo, I also like the idea of trying to use this to cheat out really expensive minions (or good minions with negative battlecries) by discarding them early only to bring them back via summoning. Perhaps Faceless Manipulator (for Cruel Dinomancer's) and N'Zoth, the Corruptor could be key pieces for such a deck.
But if it's returned once, it should no longer be in graveyard/discard zone.
Even crazier than that, some guy posted before about using Spiritsinger Umbra in conjunction with one discarded Cruel Dinomancer to get 6 dinomancers that all spawn dinomancers when they die. Sort of like Dreadsteed on crack.

Come visit my Card Emporium. Strange things, you will find inside...
Come take the test, if you're daring. Feel free to show me your results in a message.
Cards that discard are already more powerful than normal cards and this will mitigate the loss even further.
Very strong card, this will make disco lock even more solid.

what if you discarded cruel dinomancer and summond it infinitly
sry for bad sppeling

My greatest achievement yet:
Not disenchanting my double Shadowbomber

That's what I expect to see it in.

Seems ok.
Just played against quest warlock and Cruel Dinomancer returned to play every time I killed it! WTF? Is this card bugged?
But if it's returned once, it should no longer be in graveyard/discard zone.
problem is it has anti-synergy with clutchmother and silverware golems. you don't want a bland 2/2 3/3 to be summoned back.
