Do people not realize how ridiculously overpowered this card is? It's a slightly less powerful Foe Reaper 4000 but uncounterable. This card alone could potentially win a game.
Spells are, by definition in Hearthstone, counterable. Foe Reaper is not.
Polymorph. Hex. Assassinate. Seems pretty counterable to me.
This card will generally be used as a cheaper flamestrike, coz we gnerally use flamestrike to kill 3 or more minions with 3 or more health + this now adds the decision of placing smaller card in the middle against mage in the arena like playing against the 'Betrayal' card.

You're confusing the words. What you mean is 'removable'. What he said was 'counterable.'
I think this is amazing in Control Mage. I used to run one copy of Forbidden Flame in my Control list, but why bother when this has essentially the same effect + a mini Flamestrike?

Time warp with double arcane and alex.
You can't just add Time Warp in to a deck. If you do that, you have to add in at least two Cabalist's Tome or other spell generating effects to ensure that it works. At that point, you may as well just play the freeze OTK version instead of a more classic control. For classic control, you can still use Antonidas as a win condition or you can mix in some elementals to give board presence.
It might be an epic, but boy, this card is bonkers in arena. Draft just one or two, which is pretty likely with the occurrence bonus, you've got the foundation for twelve wins.

Impossible, Noggenfogger can only hit all applicable targets. Meteor strictly says it only hits minions.
Lousy card. 15 damage is not enough, can't kill The Ancient One.
this basicly reads: destroy a minion that doesnt have spell imune or divine shield, and deal 3 dmg to adjacent minions.
priest board clears are like having fun in hearthstone. you think u had enough, and then u get more.
