Decent card that can be compared to loot hoarder. were loot is in general drawing a better card this enables elementals. But mage is so heavily around random stuff it doesnt look to consistant so i guess tier 3-2 max for jaina this set.
Think it's decent enough to see play, since it rewards control play style. Edit : Thought I was commenting on Tidal Surge That's a Quest Mage auto-include, with the Primordial Glyph & Cabalist's Tome
Obvious candidate for the mage quest: Open the Waygate. It's another easy spell alongside Babbling Book and Primordial Glyph. You may not even need Cabalist's Tome with the number of babblers out there.
It's redundant to babbling book which is better, but on the other hand, It's redundant to babbling book giving you an extra 1/2 spells depending on how many you put in your deck.
Oh and it activates elemental synergy, you could make a N'zoth elemental mage with Pyros too.
Also it's a common, which means you'll see more in arena. than babbling book.
This is generally significantly worse than Loot Hoarder unless you're leaning on the synergies of the quest or the elemental tag. I doubt it'll make a high tier deck.
Taking account that Babbling Book already exist (which does the same thing and is much better in every sense) I would have given this card another different and, above all, innovative effect (because it seems that Hearthstone developers are lacking of new ideas):
"Deathrattle: Add to your hand a random spell that has been played this game."
Yes, it's somewhat the spell-version of Onyx Bishop (in revenge for stealing our Sorcerer's Apprentice in the form of Radiant Elemental) although perhaps my proposal could even "resurrect" spells played by the opponent...

I didn't have a signature so Flux added one for me.
Babbling Elemental
"... but not less than (1)" is needed now more than ever!
Not nearly as good as babbling book, good in tempo though.

"What have you got there,
PinocchioMalygos?"*gasp*
By Jove, lads. Do you know what this means? With this many value cards, it's almost as if.....as if.........
Mage will be able to cast lots of spells! Unbelievable!
so many spells for mage...
I'm not sure I can handle that much originality.
Mage still getting plenty of love in Arena I see...
Only useful for the elemental tag and deathrattle, the card is otherwise a much worse Babbling Book.
Undercity Huckster is 2-2 why is this 2-1?
As usual another insane mage spell giving card.
I've had about enough of this "add random mage spell to your hand" RNG garbage.
