All cards in this expansion, if you ask me what I think deserve a nerf is the only one, it is just too strong.
Make this 1 mana and no discount and still very good.

Freeze mage(in wild) won't even consider playing this card.
Yes, of course, a 0 mana Frostbolt or 2 manas Fireball is useless in turn after Alex...
I don't think Freeze Mage is going to sacrifice consistent burn for the chance at a cheap Frostbolt/Fireball unless they have to, which could potentially be the case in Standard but definitely not in Wild. Tempo Mage would because it doesn't mind getting a little wacky. Who knows, this could be insanely good and I'm undervaluing this, but my experience with building and playing Freeze has never been one where I was hoping for more variance since something like draw order is frustrating enough.
I think if Elemental Mage ends up like Mech Mage (as in, extremely minion heavy) this spell probably won't be an auto-include in that list. But that's a stretch, I think this card is nuts in tempo lists where you want a more flexible gameplan.

You obviously haven't used Ethereal Conjurer enough. The number of times I've had to choose between crap like Shatter, Vaporize and Fire Lance is enough to make me think that this card is actually fairly balanced. In the 5-10% chance a strong AOE is pulled, ofc it'll be nice, but the mage gave up 2 mana to get that cheaper. Far Sight is very similar and although I love it, nobody really uses it.

Actually, there are only 31 mage spell in the new standart cycle. So we have pretty good chances to discover additional glyph at least 1 (≈10% chance) or 2 times.

Getting a second one is going to be good for the quest.. but finishing the quest on turn 2 does... nothing.. you still need to wait until late game before you time warp

By default, you cannot find other classes' class cards off of discover. There are a couple of exceptions (Finders Keepers shows any class shaman cards, Hydrologist offers Paladin secrets to non-secret classes) but that's the general rule.
This will only show you mage cards.
