They're really trying to get Purify to be played huh, they're like "well, if you won't put it into your decks, we're going to put it in your hands, just play the card!"

As you can see, almost half of these are 2 cost and below.
9 mana combo: You can play Lyra + 2x Radiant Elemental and use Shadowy Visions to discover the other Shadowy Visions in your deck. Each time you do this, you generate a random spell. Half of these spells you generate are cheap enough for you to be able to cast them for free. You can fill your hand with random spells and heal to full probably.
I consider this to be somewhat similar to Gadgetzan Auctioneer. it has better stats (in my opinion) and it cost one less mana. The biggest problem is Priest have a good number of duds when it comes to spells, like shadow word horror and purify. That being said you can get shadow word death dragonfire potion, power word shield, thought steal and a lot of decent spells from this. Priests quest is a play for the long game so I think this would fit in it pretty well.
The general problem is that past PW:S, the priest spells are pretty situational or expensive. The commonly used cheap spells are removal Death and Pain), so you might not have a target. There's the Combo-Wombo spells but you wouldn't be using those unless you were going for the kill. There's Flash Heal, but if you needed healing you wouldn't be wasting 5 mana on playing this card and instead try to do something that would affect the board. And if you get a spell off of her, see my first point that priest spells are pretty situational or expensive. Likely it's not the spell that you need or want.
Won't see play, and after seeing the other quests I'm worried priest quest/N'Zoth is just too slow. You complete the quest, you only buy yourself a couple of more turns to live. Other classes complete their quest they are better every turn thereafter. Will have to see, obviously.

sounds more like a 3 card combo that is worst then a lot of 2 card combos priest already has. One of the last things priest needed was well more combo's....
Edit. 4 card combo because you need a spell to even start the combo you showed
just when you thought priest is looking very solid and consistent this expac you see this and think "so they cut this card from ONIK for purify, because it's great to give priest a minion that can generate even more purifies in the future. Random kudos.
Considering how many 1 mana/2 mana spells are available to Priest I can see this being incredibly powerful. Not sure why there's so much hate. As we've seen with cards like Babbling Book, Random Spells are actually pretty good most of the time unlike Random Minions, the only thing holdings this card back is the poor statline.
Pretty cool for Randuin. Possibly usable in Wild Reno. Good and fun. But probably not standard competitive right now. The potential is there though. Maybe someone can break this.
Not really that bad. Generates a lot of value from some mid-game spell plays.
It's sort of similar to Antonidas, but I think it serves a totally different purpose. Antonidas is a finisher card (generate lots of fireballs to blast your opponents face off).
This card is more like Gadgetzan Auctioneer... trade in your cheap 1 and 2 cost spells during the mid-game for potentially more powerful options or to just get some more value out of them (priest has a TON of 1-cost spells). I don't think there's any cards that are too dreadful to get for free.
I wish the statline was a LITTLE better (at least a 3/6 or 4/6). But other than that it's... average.
Very underwhelmed about Priest legendary. I guess they couldnt give us strongest quest and best legendary. May see play in Standard but probably never in Wild, since mid game is heavily contested with so many other good minions and spells
Priest doesn't have either though. It doesn't make any sense. You have so many quest cars that are designed to just win the game is played correctly or are unanswered like Galvadon, the druid one, and the mage one... I mean even the hunter one is absolutely insane. But the Priest one doesn't really do anything. I don't get it. Setting our health to 40 doesn't do any good. Warrior get freaking Ragnaros' hero power. Priests should have also gotten something game winning... I guess N'zoth is our win condition but you can just board clear us. And why did Warlocks get so many cards that fuel their quest including their legendary? I was really hoping our legendary creature would be OP Deathrattle.
As a Priest main I am legitimately ANGRY right now. I can't believe it, once again we got screwed with another shitty legendary that make no sense for the class. The stats are fucking horrible, the effect is fucking horrible, the artwork is quite generic and most importantly it's not even an interesting or fun card to play, it's very boring and uninspiring. It's actually worse than Harold, I'm just blindsided right now with disappointment... : (
It's not even that the new Priest legendary had to be good competitively, but it could have at least done something interesting. This card is no fun at all, it's just random spell generator, we've already got tons of cards that do that. I am so disappointed.
The trend continues with another bad legendary for Priest. Horrible stats/mana and there is a lot of really trashy priest spells you can get from this. But who knows, might be sleeper op. if only there was some useful cheap spell to combo this one with, Purify to the rescue!....

I'm hyped for this.
This is the pool of spells for Un'Goro:
As you can see, almost half of these are 2 cost and below.

The fuck...
This is bad

Well at least there is always wild for priest.
Many dragons and its companion cards leaving (Twilight WhelpTwilight GuardianBlackwing Corruptor, etc.). And in comes a new deck archetype. A lot of beasts and elementals, with 1 dragon...Primordial Drake.
It should have been at least a 5/5
just compare it to the archimage
the body is weak and the effect is not that powerfull

Here I was hoping for a legendary that allows battle cries take effect unconditionally. Instead I get a way to add purify to my hand.

Year of the Mammoth
Wild
Who wanna cast a spell? I wanna cast a spell!
Even the rogue legendary is better than this.
