Seems like this fits into some kind of murloc or curator deck, but it's rather expensive for that.
Also of note: you can run two of these and a single Call in the Finishers if you want the shaman quest without committing to a shaman deck. It'd be some kind of control deck that has some use for tokens (Bloodlust win condition?), but doesn't depend on murloc synergy.
The thing is, when N'zoth brings this guy back. he is still going to be a huge threat, this card doesn't die to flamestrike or fireball. I think this card is not too bad for the 7 mana spot, there are not much to play on 7 mana anyways.

I didn't have a signature so Flux added one for me.
I can't see the image for this or Tar Lord.
for it's cost no effect instant on board so its bad
Murloc Quest anyone?
"... but not less than (1)" is needed now more than ever!

High cost, low stats, bad deathrattle
Really bad card.
Better than Captured Jormungar in arena granted that card is rotating out. Less up front health but more resistant to removal.
VS
pretty good for arena
Love the flavour of this card. All those Murlocs popping out of its belly after it gets killed...
Good arena card, but won't be used in constructed even in murloc decks.
Think that's a formal pack filler
"What have you got there,
PinocchioMalygos?"Solid arena card, but even in arena very slow. Its like a better Version of Wabbling runts
Great arena card, not enough to write home about in constructed imo
"Why, you never expected justice from a company, did you? They have neither a soul to lose nor a body to kick." -- Lady Saba Holland
I think it will see some play in murloc decks.
That's only going to see play in N'zoth decks and only in standard too. Wild has Boom which is way better, even Sneed's is better for 1 mana more.
I feel like this will be a budget replacement for carine bloodhoof in N'Zoth decks
