As it stands now, this card is somewhere between "dust it" and "bad". A 10 mana card that doesn't affect the board is unplayable, period. If druid doesn't get any kind of help making this card better, it's never seeing play.
By your definition, N'zoth is unplayable. You don't need to kill stuff to affect the board.
Untargetable 12/12 does affect the board significantly.
N'zoth adds alot of value to the board, the minions it spawns (usually) have strong deathrattles (sylvannas, white eyes), and depending on how you build your deck, you can spawn taunts with it (Tirion Fordring, Sludge Belcher,Deathlord, Infested Tauren).

N'zoth doesn't affect the board? You should probably read the card text. And btw, n'zoth (which is actually a good card) is too slow to play atm.
No, untargetable 12/12 does jack shit to affect the board, your opponent can just ignore it and go face because druid doesn't have a punish. Afraid of getting killed? Play a taunt, problem solved.
This is just worse that Soggoth the Slitherer for the most part... I don't get it. Boring.
12/12 worse than 5/9 for the most part, good to know
Soggoth on the board isn't threatening anything, the opponent has ton of time to develop a board and deal with soggoth especially with Mr. Noboardclear aka Druid.
Also the artwork is awful. All Druid cards have been questionable or disappointing so far. Wouldn't it make sense for it have somethng to do with adapt???
Don't you think Tyrantus is a great adapt target ? Divine shield, windfury, taunt, hello ?
it only threats lethal if your opponent has replaced himself with Jaraxxus or Raganaros. Your opponent can just ignore this on turn ten and go at your face, and if they are worried about face damage to themselves they can put down literally any taunt. So far the Druid can only adapt minions with a clunky 4 mana spell that probably won't be in most decks- and it would take 14 mana to get the two effects taunt and spell immunity that Soggoth already has for 9 mana. Maybe there is something to make this card better coming, but it just seems pretty lame for a legendary.

12/12 threatens lethal almost immediatly
The thing is, while you play a 10 mana 12/12, your opponent just kills you. If you're not already heavily ahead on board, you just can't play this because your oppoent will ignore it. It's a win more card.
I would rate soggoth higher than this as well, simply because he has taunt. He does something, this card doesn't.
Same as N'zoth, Ysera, etc. then: you lose your entire turn by playing it, and the opponent can kill you...
...except you play those cards when the board is kinda empty (and maybe after your opponent used removals), otherwise you play something else.

Try that for once, go to casual and pass a turn (Or play a Faceless Behemoth in that turn). Your opponent will either say 'Greetings' or 'Happy new Year', and proceed to stomp you in your face until you die and you are dead and your opponent won and you did not.
That does not make any sense. You should run cards like that in a control deck, and by turn 10 your opponent should not have a better board than yours - if that's the case, you play your AoE and removals and not the huge 10-mana minion.
Guys, not every high mana cost card should have a huge tempo-swing mechanic, you know? Most of them are meant to be run in a control deck that slowly gained advantage and want to size the victory with a last, huge threat. It is win-more? Could be, but at the same time not every control deck could end the game with spell burst or charge combo, you know?
Cards like that gives you the chance to trade and push another winning condition on the now empty board.

Sorry, I play wild. Please ignore me, Tree of Life concedes are the best.
Also please, try to play control decks once in a while. "your opponent ignores it and kill you" is a blatant proof that you know nothing but aggro.
Rating soggoth higher than tyrantus, is like rating Silverback Patriarch higher than Edwin VanCleef. "it has taunt, it does something" lul.
No one cares about wild, sorry.
What does aggro have to with anything, what are you even talking about? Aggro, midrange and control goes face if you play this (most of the time).
There's zero doubt that soggoth, as it stands, is a better card than tyrantus. It's not even close. Maybe you'll come to that conclusion sooner or later as well, but I kind of doubt it.
On a more serious note, usually 10 mana minions must do something. This does nothing, but it has intimidating stats and can't be killed with removal (unless silenced, but silence is presently not common). Sometimes that is enough, since other high mana minions do also nothing for tempo the turn they are played (they do generate value then). It is not a play that will save anyone under pressure and it is much too slow for beast hunter (although I'd love to copy it with Menagerie Warden ). But on an empty board, this can be a game winning play. However, how often can you Play something like that on an empty board? I'd say not nearly often enough. So I voted bad.

Ysera gives you all sorts of great cards, starting immediately at the end of your turn. Unless your opponent has lethal- in which case, yes you would not play either card, you can't afford to ignore Ysera, or just drop a taunt or freeze her, because she is spawning dream cards each turn. And she is one less mana.

I'm looking forward to you trying this card in your control deck (which will likely be jades anyway for druid). If you can show me you cosistently use this card to win a game for you, or be an important piece to the puzzle to win the game, I will stand corrected.
Also, Druid? What AoE boardclears? You meanSwipe? Starfall?

It's not remotely the same thing. N'zoth spawns you an entire new board (hopefully), which often also has taunt. It's not comparable to a single card that can be nullified with a taunt. Ysera, on the otherhand, actually does close to nothing the turn she's played. The difference is she gets you value immediately and continues go give you value if she's left up, so there's a high incentive to kill her if you don't expect to be able to kill your opponent within say two turns. but yes, ysera doesn't impact the board at all the turn she's played, which is why ysera isn't really played anymore.
I think this confirms druid quest reward being adapt your minions at the end of your turn
Nope, it doesn't. Could be anything.
Hurr hurr durr durr "could be anything" holy sheep man it's only obvious. Quest is going to be adapt beasts x amount of times, reward adapt your beasts at the end of your turn forever after playing the quest.
They've been trying to push beast druid for ages, with beast adapting this would be the set to do it.
Seems strong. Don't know why everyone is shitting on it. It's not extremely original, but Sherazin's originality didn't help people think it was worth playing either. So what's the big freaking deal? Oh it's boring effect. Meh. Ragnaros is leaving, so there is space for cards like this. The beast tag may be valuable too.
10 mana card with no impact on board and no taunt. You think that's strong?
This is... meh. I'm usually pretty optimistic about new cards and as a Druid main I was really excited to see what they'd come up with - but all four of our cards so far are distinctly average. Maybe they feel that due to the community reaction to Jade that Druid doesn't really need any love - won't go into why that's stupid due to Jade's winrate but heyho.
Very disappointed. Lazy card design, unimpactful, doesn't feel Druid-esque. Just all around...meh.

I'll play it in my Goya/Y'Shaarj deck for sure. Art is kinda lame though.
