As of right now, the options would be (in standard): Might, Kings, HoP, Divine Strength, Humility :^), Wisdom, Silvermoon Portal, Dinosize, Blessed Champion, and all Heal Spells.
The tools we have seen so far does not suggest viability, but there's still lots of paladin cards yet to be seen.
I'm actually underwhelmed by this. Buffadin =/= handbuffadin. It says to cast spells on your minions, so Smuggler's Run won't likely count towards the quest.
I think people might be underestimating the token. It can adapt five times, there's a relatively good chance of it getting stealth and windfury. If you then happen to buff it further and remove potential taunts (tough to do for pally, admittedly) you could be looking at ~25 damage possibly, I can see some otk potential, though it will depend on the other tools pally receives.
I fear that the success of this quest will be tied directly to how Paladin's early game shapes up this expansion. Casting spells on your minions is entirely dependant on having minions to cast on. Paladin doesn't have what needs right now to fight for board presence to make cards like Blessing of Kings work, much less any other traditional buff card.
Unfortunately, even though Galvadon is really cool, we need to see the rest of Paladin's cards first before we can see whether or not this type of deck is viable.
Welp, the deck I had theory crafted for this guy perfectly fits the quest. Still a bit of a heavy cost. Paladin CAN survive long enough to make this powerful, but it'll be tough. Cant wait to see what people come up with.
Interesting that we haven't seen any buff cards for a Paladin yet (Dinosizeis pointless to get this quest complete, it's a finishing card by itself). Obviously they are going to add at least one spell that would help towards this quest.
What it does mean is that decks going for this quest will most definitely have Blessed Champion in the deck, which further pushes the "if you complete the quest, you win" issue I have with this card. There are only 3-4 classes (Warrior, Warlock, Shaman and sorta-Hunter) that can deal with a 5+ health stealthed minion, everyone else is SOL, and those classes are SOL unless they are running and draw Brawl, Twisting Nether/DOOM!, Devolve or Steady Shot (and hit the RNG). So unless you have a stream of taunts, you're going to lose to a windfury'd 18/6 (give or take).
So far, though, it seems like it'll be a tough quest to complete, depending on what buffs we have left to see in the X-Pac. Definitely pushing a aggro + Divine Favor deck. Interesting that Hydrologist wasn't "Discover a 1-mana spell"
ehrrr.... all the other quests and rewards are amazing (yes, even the rogue quest, in fact the rogue quest is probably the strongest quest) but this.... i mean...well....does paladin get a card to discover buff cards or at least gets a Holy Smite/Arcane Shot equivalent to kill your own tokens and complete the quest killing your dudes that waaaay...because a deck with so many buffs is bound to not work at all...
and sicne adapt gives you 3 choices out of a 10 adapt pool it's never granted that you'll get what you want, like when this works you can get a 5/13 taunt minion that can't be targeted by spells or hero powers, so basically a slightly better soggoth for 5 mana but youc an't reliably get that every game and the kaleidosaur will more foten than not be a 5/5 ability mess, 5/5 stealth taunt windfury poisonous?,this just looks terrible....
That's basically what quests are: Forced archetypes.
So discardlock is a forced archetype? Even before this expansion? What about death rattle priest? Buffadin? What about cthun decks, or jade decks. Are those forced archetypes? Is no duplicates a forced archetype? What are non forced archetypes? What about dragon, mech, murloc, elemental, pirate decks? What about any deck that has sInergy with all its cards. Is that forced? I really want to know.
for now bad hope more tolls will come
hard to judge based on a new archetype.

Worst Quest by far.
Guess Paladin is dead for another expansion. Time for Elder Scrolls Legends. *sigh*

Do Competative Spirit and Smugler's Run count as multiple casts? (if ofc used on more minions than one minion)
If so, still seems like one of the weakest quests. But it shouldn't be to difficult to complete.
There are still 4 paladin cards that have yet to be released...a few of them must be buff spells

this quest....one card to ruin Galvadon....Spell Breaker.
If smugglers Run doesn't count then this quest is terrible.
*Blizzard releases an interesting card without enough support*
People: OMG why would you make this terrible card. No one will ever use it.

People: OMG why are you forcing an archetype, I want to build decks not have you build them.
*Blizzard: (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻*
It all depends whether or not Paladin gets playable buffs this expansion.
thats sad because the reward minion is busted as Fuck but the quest is wayyy too narrow
Hearthstone is a game of "copy and pasting"
Unless we get a couple good cheap buff spells this isn't going to work very well.
very hard to do quest with no so huge reward .
