This is amazing for zoolock and could singlehandedly bring it back to tier 1/2. T1 flame imp/possessed villiager, T2 Juggler/similar 2drop, T3 forbidden ritual, T4 pterrodax eat a 1/1 and best case scenario become 7/7, T5 doomguard.
I know this is just gonna get abused in Zoo,but when I look at this card all I see is a new way to kill Sylvanas Windrunner or Voidcaller and lol over the result... It looks like my Wild Handlock just got a new toy to play with... Now if only we could get Molten Giants back to their original cost....
Meaningless for Warlock why the fuck I would like to destroy my hard gained minion on the board seriously. Jokes aside good for Zoolock and so bad for discardlock and bad for handlock
just thinking about the odds. you need to get the +3 attack then the +3 health adaptations in either order... so since the first time you can get either out of ten adaptations that would be 1/5 times with 3 tries having 1/5 for the first card 2/9 for the second and 1/4 for the third card or a 20% chance, 22% chance, then a 25% chance of getting the right adaptation for the first time.
Assuming you got the +3 attack or the +3 health adaptation then out of ten adaptations the likelyhood of getting the right one is 1/10, 1/9, and 1/8 or a 10%, 11%, and a 12.5% chance of getting the right adaptation. So it's unlikely to be a 4 mana 7/7 but it's not impossible odds.
Looking at the wording, this can probably only chose 1 adapt which will proc twice, not like that other card which wording is 'adapt then adapt' so that means that most of the adapts are almost useless. You either get a simple buff, or in the best case get the +3 health or +1 +1 to get a 6/6 or 4/10. Every other option is either doubles of things that can't be doubled or a 10/4. I just don't understand why they would change the wording if its not going to be different.
Zoo in wild will be sick, with all the 1/1's from Imp-losion and Imp Gang Boss usually lying around, not to mention Nerubian Eggs.
Tough to say how it will go for Standard. Obviously good for zoo in standard, but how reliable will there be 1/1's lying around in the early game? Opponent knows what is coming and might force you to hit a better minion or outright not be able to play this card on turns . Wouldn't surprise me if this revitalizes zoo, and also wouldn't surprise me if it turns out to not be a viable card.
So what's exactly the difference between adapt twice and adapt, then adapt.
My guess is that "adapt twice" means you get the adaption you picked twice and "adapt, then adapt" means you pick two separate ones.
No, it's the same thing. They just wrote "adapt, then adapt" because they said it was "cooler".
"Battlecry: Adapt, then Adapt". Does it mean if you use it in combination with Brann Bronzebeard that it only Adapts one extra time, or just it Adapts four times? Like what is the reasoning for Adapt, then Adapt, instead of Adapt twice, for example?
We talked about the text a lot, we actually just thought "Adapt, then Adapt" sounded cooler, that's literally the reason.

Wish there was a better video on this, but this is what i thought of.

Gotta fry some eggs !
I used to be a control player like you, then I took a quick shot to the knee.

BEST zoo card so far
If it works that way because why change the wording on the other card and change it on this one ?

This card is amazing, good in ranked and arena, also it's pretty flexible
legit broken with any strong deathrattle minion.
If you have brann, will you get to destroy a minion and adapt x4 or will the duplicate battlecry fail?
This is so much better than Void Terror
The problem is zoolock will be so bad at standart without Imp Gang Boss Dark Peddler Power Overwhelming
