So far we have two Elementals you can consider 2-drops.
There's stage 1 of Pyros and there's Fire Fly if you play out the token the same turn. I'm calling that a 2-drop because its basically Echoing Ooze which when it came out, people thought would be better than Haunted Creeper.
imho this could be new shredder - if you coin this out on turn 2 after a firefly turn 1 - new aggro is born gz - i know its not guaranteed super strong but its pretty good nevertheless
Right, in a world where you need Tol'vir stoneshaper to proc it's divine shield and taunt this card has a good chance of seeing use. I mean against non ping classes Tol'vir is close to Piloted shreader level if it procs. But if you can't reliably proc Stone shaper, then it's very bad. This will see some use if elemental decks are a thing. and yes fire fly will too because in order to win you definitely need those extra elemental tokens for your OPOP elemental synergies, so it's like they are forcing you to play with X fair card to get Y unfair card, that's basically how it's balanced. Not sure it will be good or not.

To make elementals work we are gonna need a busted 2 drop
Or at least a naked 3/2 or 2/3 elemental, like Puddlestomper was for murlocs.

Not bad see potential in it
I don't think this will make the cut in Elemental Shaman, but excellent in the inevitable meme Elemental Hunter.
Might be a cool looking golden but won't see play unless Elemental decks don't have 30 cards that are better than this.
Hunter and Mage are the most likely classes to try this. Might work well in the Elemental Package (Fire Fly, Tol'vir Stoneshaper, Tar Creeper)
