insane control value especially when you feel like you loose control but You cannot compare this to Doomsayer cuz it slow downs tempo while this card only destroys minions on the board at following turn.
Corruption is good enough for reno/krul lock. But the strength of corruption is getting rid of things like 1 mana 1/3s and basically anything that's tough but not immediately threatening like Shadow Word: Pain, but for fewer mana crystals.
BETTER THAN DOOMSAYER BECAUSE: 1) It can't be killed 2) It can't be resummoned by Kazakus's potions 3) You can play dirty rat and then corrupting mist, while is not so wise playing dirty rat and then doomsayer
WORST THAN DOOMSAYER BECAUSE: 1) Opponent can still play minion in his turn
This card incentivizes playing stealth minions in warlock. If you play corrupting mist and follow it with stealth minions the opponent can't remove them by trading and it still lets you interact with the cards they play to refill the board.
I wish this card actually filled the board with a mist that killed everything at the start of the next turn. AKA a truly unkillable doomsayer, but that would be OP
This is often worse than Doomsayer though because Doomsayer can often be played onto an empty board to force your opponent to pass the turn. In fact, except for mage with Frost Nova, that is often the whole point ofDoomsayer. This card wants to be played when you have lost the board but then your opponent can just go face with the minions that are corrupted and play new minions with no real tempo loss. I think this card will be worse than people think.
This was what I was thinking exactly when seeing comparisons made to Doomsayer. This card is way different, as it only affects the minions on the board when cast. Even if you don't care about the face damage (which actually typically also happens when your doomsayer goes off), you still don't achieve the same effect as a doomsayer going off, because your opponent gets to develop.
Seems really good in some very fringe case scenario's and I don't think this is going to see much play.
Like others have pointed out, this is pretty bad. You get a lot of value out of a quick, cheap card, but the tempo is still on the opposing side. Worse yet, you still block yourself from playing anything, because the board you are about to wipe will just trade into whatever you play. In the meantime, your opponent can drop their cards unimpeded and you're still on the back foot. It is a fairly solid early board clear for cases where Demonwrath and Hellfire are too slow or weak in terms of damage, but unless you are playing some heavy deathrattle strategy, you are still handing tempo to the enemy. As enticing as it looks, I don't think it would find a slot even in a Reno deck, let alone a normal one.

*snip*
wtf only 2 mana ?!!
With reno going away, and zoo being in limbo I want to wait to see if something makes this fit. Pretty ok in arena though.

Corrupting Mist is pretty much the same as Shadow Word: Horror for priest that actually works
It's better than doomsayer in that the spell can't be killed like doomsayer. (this + dirty rat could be good)
It's worse than doomsayer since it doesn't disrupt your opponent's next turn, they can still drop new minions that won't be affected.
Pretty useless when you get hit hard in the face - should have been something mage got just because of cards like Frost nova and and Cone of Cold
Will use it in my Wild Dreadsteed Deck because they always come back to Daddylock.
"What have you got there,
PinocchioMalygos?"but corrupt the board? or only minions so u can play another card?

Maybe... nah nah nah nah
Nice with deathrattle minions, drop two Void Callers, this, and have a laugh.
