Now that I've got some time to play it, I have to say that Kalimos is overall incredibly powerful and his versatility is definitely the reason for his value within elemental decks. Aside from the obvious utility of the invocation of air, the invocation of fire has proved quite useful as a finishing move against most quest decks that you can basically only hope to beat by inflicting upon them sufficient damage in record time. Kalimos perfectly fits the midrange playstyle, which arguably remains a reliable counter against quest rogue, quest warrior, and so on...
On a sidenote, his invocation of earth does add some win-condition if you happen to run bloodlust in your midrange elemental deck, which I definitely think you should.
They've learned something because it's not random :)
Check out my Earth, Wind, and Fire - Elemental Shaman deck!
Seems perfectly balanced

"My life... for Aiùr."
Just play fire fly then you can still make a good play with only 6 mana. Just stuff Igneous Elemental into your deck or something.
