Wait.. It's a conditionnal minion... that costs 7 mana... and is worth 7 mana when the condition is met ?
Elementals are just worse dragons or what ?
Agree.
New elemental legendary and mage's Phoenix suck too. If there won't be some crazy OP elemental cards worth playing, all this "good" and "playble" cards will wait for new powertribe expansion.
But yes, this Elemental tribe seems weaker than Jade decks so far... I know they try to keep the overall power of the cards not too high, but if the rest of the Elemental cards stay with this power level, they won't see any competitive play until Jade rotate out Standard next Spring 2018.....

The effect alone is worth 5 mana so unless 2 mana 4/4's are particularly common in your version, no? It's more worth around 8.5 mana if we assume a 4/4 is slightly understatted for 4 mana.
I voted dust it. If I got this on t1 in some weird tavern brawl where everything costs zero it's battlecry does nothing. What a pile of unreliable trash.
So you would "dust it" from your collection for the reason that it would be useless in a pre-made RNG tavern brawl? Makes sense.
Guys we get it, Flamestrike, a card owned by 1 class and not even run in multiple Mage decks, is good against this card. Kudos for your incredible insight.
I'm just not seeing it being anything special. It's a card designed to better against aggro that can't come out until turn 7, often times when you're already dead. Against control it's extremely susceptible to board wipes. It outputs some nice stats and curves out nicely after Fire Elemental, but the 3 mid-sized bodies don't seem that impactful that late in the game.
I could see this being played in a elemental tribal deck....I feel like Jade shaman might still remain top dog shaman deck.....unless some bonkers synergies are released along with this guy. Jade Lightning, Jade Claws, Jade Chieftain still seem much better......but we still have a ton of expansion yet to be revealed. Let's hope elementals are strong enough to topple jade....with Brann being the only major piece of jade being removed it will be interesting to see if it retains its consistency

It's a 2 mana 4/4 with a 5 mana spell attached to it. So what's with all the hate for it already? yeah, flamestrike is a hard counter...which 1 out of 9 classes can play. If elementals are going to be decent, this is going in a lot of decks.
That 5 mana spell would never be played as 5 mana, only reason it pops out To the meta here and there is its early anti-aggro potential.
Personally underwhelmed for this card but with good synergy cards it might work. And as few has said trading big aoe for 1 card is quite good value for us.
Also shaman jade package is 9 cards so you might be able to play jade elemental shaman too.

It's a win-more card. If you're ahead and play it for 7 getting 8/10 stats across three bodies, you win. If you're already behind, it does nothing.
English isn't my first language, so please excuse any mistakes.
Fire Elemental says this card is good. Flamestrike says it isn't.
Jade says does it even matter?
I'm the best worst player.
Like it see potential in it
Flamestrike, welps....

When they posted tokens they never posted the 2/3 spawns.

Looks like Shaman is going to be in his Element(al).
Nice evolve value (i'm guessing those little fellas will have a cost of 2), other than that it's quite sensitive to AoE. I vote"playable".
Probably a one of in Shaman elemental decks.

Surprise!
Flamestrike though.
Elemental/Bloodlust shaman incomming
I think Jade Shaman is still much stronger than this, unless they add even more Elemental synergies.
