I'm just another one of those. You know, those who do things. Things that need to be done by those that do these things in order to do those things that don't do these things themselves. Has the word 'things' lost meaning to you already?
Depending on available upgrades, this card will be very strong in arena.
Beast druid (this is another solid option for Menagerie Warden) might gain some ground, but I want to wait and see for more support options before claiming anything.
5 mana 8/4 - Very aggressive stats. Hello Jade Lightning
5 mana 5/4 can't be targeted - If Spectral Knight isn't good, why is this good?
5 mana 5/4 windfury - Very aggressive stats. Hello Jade Lightning.
5 mana 5/4 deathrattle summon 2 1/1s - It's pretty good, but slow.
Not trying to be cynical, just being honest here. If it sticks though, it does have Menagerie Warden synergy. I suppose the ability to pick to the situation is good though. Not sure it's worth an understatted minion though.
The versatility will make this a powerful card, although a lot if not most of the options are awful when isolated. For example Taunt is similar to a Booty Bay Bodyguard, but if you're at 5 health then it would be better than a card that's almost always better like Azure Drake. Whether it sees play or not requires some testing.
5 mana 5/4 with divine shield or "hex proof " (cant be target by spells or hero power) looks amazing to me. And 8 other options are available too - maybe +3health, "your other minions get +1 attack", some form of deathrattle, who knows. A very good card that you can use his Adapt ability to play accordingly with board and game state when it lands.
The good thing about the card is not that it's a strictly worse Booty Bay Bodyguard etc, but that it gives flexibility to the card, that can perform multiple functions that you can adapt to, which is why, if you guys recall, Keeper of the Grove got nerfed in the first place. Granted, this is stretching it a bit since the effects KotG had were insanely high value effects (Silence and a 2 damage ping) but we haven't seen all the adapt variations yet and it's a beast card, which gives it synergy with Menagerie Warden. If Menagerie or Beast Druid become a thing in the next meta this is probably just a solid card that may or may not see constructed play, definitely will be a decent arena card at the least.
This'll raise the skill ceiling until we find out that one or two of the options are just better than all of the others at all times. Until then though, a new minion to curve into Menagerie Warden. Redundancy is king in card games.
edit: Also an absurdly good Arena card for its versatility even if you just pick Taunt.
If Brann was still in Standard when this set released, Adapt minions would be so insane. Really can't judge the card until we see the 1-drops as that's going to define whether the meta stays aggro or slows down into midrange
My guess the other Adapt keywords are "Stealth", "+3 Health", "Spell Damage +1" and "Deathrattle: Draw a card". Other possibility is a Battlecry deal 1 or 2 damage.
Regardless it's cool idea, but my guess is that there will be better Adapt cards and better cards for the 5 slot. Stranglethorn Tiger strikes me as a better 5 mana card. Doubtful this will see play and will be considered bad outside of arena.

I didn't have a signature so Flux added one for me.
Adapt. When choose 1 or discover didn't give you enough choices.
No idea how good this will be but very cool idea. I can smell the new meta from here.
I'm all in for more Beast Druid cards. And right on curve before Menagerie Warden!
5/4 + discover text, nice value.

[Game] Name another card that has the same...
Apparently there are 10 variations, but we were only shown 6? I wonder what the others are.

A 5-mana 5/4 with divine shield or "can't be targeted"? Yes, plz.

It's just a vanilla minion guys. Of the options we've seen, none are exceptionally great.

I don't think this will work otu well:
5/4 stats on a 5 drop is BAD so it's reliant on the Adept to make it work out.
Deathrattle/plants: so now it's a 7/6 for 5 spread wide. That's SOMETHING.
+3 attack: 8/4. Not really tha reliable but ok as an option I guess.
"can't be targeted...": Not that great. Not good enough for a card.
Divine: 5/4 divine for 5. We already have that + taunt. Nope
Windfury: HAHAHAHHAHAHA
Taunt: I'd rather smell lik ea leper gnome.
Basically a bad card, but a great way to demonstrate the effect, which is how th first cards in the expansion tend to be.
One does not simply walk into Mordor,
unless they want to be the best they can be.

Will see zero play in constructed. I'm not even sure it's a good pick in Arena, I'd pass over it for a Pit Fighter every time.

Looks really cool can get some love as discover mechanic did at its time
5/4 divine shield or 5/4 windfury for 5? Yeah, that's pretty good. And it's a beast too.
