I am also excited about the ranked ladder change. I was thinking of this earlier today because I wanted to test different decks on ladder but not drop so many ranks because I am not that goo with a new deck. Now it's more doable. Casual was not always the best choise to learn a deck since the counters weren't always that hard.
The jade decks are hard to judge because they depend on RNG more than other architectures; moreover, such decks are currently Tier 3, with the only Tier 2 deck being the Shaman one (who has at least 1 deck on Tiers 1-4, due to its heavy early game).
All three of these changes are great! It's probably for the best that changes be done in small increments. If more changes are needed, then they can be made later. If they nerf the shit out of everything all at once, I can't imagine that going over too well.
Will STB + Patches package still be run in aggro Shaman?

My answer to the last question would be no. The difference between 1 health and two health is huge. Druid, mage and rogue can pick it off with a simple heropower, and a lot of other classes can also deal with it easily (e.g.Mortal Coil).
Besides that, the broken shaman weapon that is synergises with just got a lot worse.

Not to mention it now competes with Jade Claws. You've got a point, and maybe the list will go a different direction to smooth out the curve and achieve more consistency.

I love the ranked play floors. Sometimes you just want to screw around with a deck, but you don't want to lose all the work you put in, and casual doesn't give you the same type of experience.
The mana increase in spirit claws is massive. Just look to see how many warrior decks dropped execute once it couldn't just be weaved in for 1 mana. Jade Claws are objectively better now, since they are in the same mana spot.
The STB change is also perfect, for all the reasons that people have hashed out in a number of posts.
Since most decks cant deal 1 damage atm. that nerf is pointless. spirit claws still are playable. Only sad thing is that this means its still a way to wait until ungoro hits.

What? A third of the classes can deal one damage from Hero Power alone, and there's plenty of tech choices for the rest.

I was hoping buccaneer would be reduced to a +1 dmg as 3 attack for one mana is fairly strong, considering a first turn. a 2/2 with a weapon still dies to 0 mana backstab. I guess they still want pirates to be strong attack yet easy to remove.
Fantastic changes! Both nerfs are steps in the right direction without completely destroying either card (I mean yes, both will undoubtedly see less play now but neither is complete trash). And the ladder floors are a great addition since it'll help reduce the grind a bit.
I don't think these changes completely solve all the problems with the game (as there's definitely more left to be done) but it's a great start.
I wish the changes were here right now, but I've been waiting months at this point so what's a few more days?
Good but not enough, again, this changes don't make a scratch in absurd and completely broken shaman is right now, the game will continue to be Shamanstone, much more shaman cards need to be nerfed.

Nice
This is good but it's only scratching the surface of the real issues. I'll take it though.
Nice!

The only problem I could see arising is that this could possibly be a huge indirect buff to jade decks.

Ladder change is good.
Never shed tears for Shaman nerfs. Claws should be a 3 mana weapon.
STB health? (facepalm). Team 5's suggestion of Mixer lady still ain't gonna help. Up the mana cost and/or reduce the damage bonus.
/I thought they might nerf Djinn because OTK priest has suddenly become the rage, and they mentioned charge the other day.
Excellent changes.

Claws are still playable in Mid-Jade, and STB nerf makes Maelstrom Portal even better.
