I feel It depends on the size of your collection. If you are missing epics and core legendaries and can't play several decks, then dust it and craft a card or two
If you are just starting out, I would dust it since it doesn't get played
If you have reached the point where you can play most of the decks in the game, then always keep a legendary because 400 dust isn't much. I just got Mayor Noggenfogger, and since the only deck I can't play is Control Shaman, I kept it. 1 year ago I would have dusted it.
Never dust a legendary man. Just don't do it. The're cool to have in your collection, and also I think you will regret it later.
But that is just my opinion. I'm f2p bdw.
Ps. I also pulled knuckels, and it is actually quite a fun card.
You said never ? I don't think that I will ever regret that I dusted my Millhouse Manastorm :)
Call it a crazy thought... but would Millhouse not be a great card against Pirate Warrior just now?
I mean aside from the "Strikes", what other spells does the PW really play?
Yes, interesting thought and you're probably right it's decent a tech against Pirate. However, then there is second part of the Meta - Renodecks which tend to play quite a lot of spells.

Actually I have been running millhouse and Reno locks the worst thing they could do is shadow bolt or potion him to death otherwise they don't have any game ending spell (besides kazzy) best millhouse fucks up rogue and mage matches

I think it's safe to say you probably just wouldn't play it in that match up unless the opponent is out of cards, etc.

And that's the question is it really going to improve you Pirate matchup so well, that it's worth having an almost dead card in other matchups ? I mean do we see so many Pirates ?

Wow, yes that would make sence that (reno)locks are indeed much less dangerous than (reno) mages. In which deck have been running millhouse ? I would be really interested to see your stats :)

To dust or not to dust.
That is the question.
No legendary for like, 40 packs or so and then this guy.
Not a happy man... :-(

Check out my latest deck creation: Big beasts Druid!
Keep him for the meme decks.
You're probably right.
(And I've never dusted a legendary I didn't already own before)
I'll keep him for the lolz and who knows - maybe Hunter will become viable again at some point. :-)

Wait for next set. It's unlikely that he will be playable, but still.
