-ones with an aesterick would be my first choice, however dont let this influence your decision necessarily
-I own all expansions and basically every other card
-I dont necessarily prefer a specific archetype, so anything goes.
-If theres an awesome gimmicky deck that you think is the best that involves one of the listed legendaries, link it and ill check it out
-I enjoy gimmicky/fun decks, so legendaries that are a good fit to something fun are good, however, I like the legendary I craft to be pragmatic and usable in more than 1 deck/deck type.
I opened the Mistcaller (twice) from packs. It's not worth crafting. It is a bit better if you evolve it after you play it. It's also rotating soon. Eadric I also opened and he is a lot better than the Mistcaller.
EDIT: I also opened Knuckles, but I dropped him from my Hunter deck after crafting Leeroy.
EDIT2: I also opened Y'Shaarj :) I play him in my resurrect priest deck with Barnes in it
Ok, agree, Velen is not a bad card by itself, some people play him (not only in Reno, but in Dragon Priest as well). But he's not a card I advice to craft in current meta definitely.
Alexstraza is the only one I see that you may get value from. Since it is part of the classic set, it is of understanding that the card will always be standard legal, and therefore always playable in combo or late game control decks, like Mage, Warrior, and Priest.

defo Alex because she is just too good
I'd rather keep the dust. Everything in this list are blow average in quality you want from Legendary.
Not super bad options are:
Bad options that seems quite OK, but actually very bad:
Hall of Fame (ignore list): aleathas, Baylith, cendol, DiamondDM13, Dominieq, doomr, glitterprincess, hamtarofr, Heck, Jwigg33, Kaladin, Krewger, Legend_Entomber, libertyprime, Maukiepaukie, PandarenHero, randjob, s2mikey, SchruteBucks, The_Giratina, TheWamts, ticandtac, tictactucroc, tsudecimo, WaffleMonstr
did you see alexstraza on that list dude?

So either craft alexstraza or save the dust?
All those listed are not worth crafting at this moment.
Don't throw dust into the air.
except maybe Alexstraza which also being used on and off,
