Jade Idol is really one of the cases where Blizzard needs to stop touting their mistakes as good designs and stop talking about how "balanced" they think it is, and just admit the community fucking hates it and nerf it. Sometimes game decisions need to be made not just on statistics but about what the community wants. Fuck Jade archetype and fuck Jade Idol.
We need the last line added to every Jade card, and to replace the text on Jade idol with this only.

The wr of Jade Druid has nothing to do with Jade Idol being problematic/broken. Why it's problematic/broken and ruins a big portion of all other control decks is because of the way control decks typically win. Without Jade Idol, control decks can do what they do - plan out their resources to efficiently deal with threats via single target and AOE, and win because their opponent's threats are limited (as you can only have 30 cards in your deck). With Jade Idol, this is no longer possible, as you can summon an infinite number of larger and larger Jade Golems for 1 mana. Think about that means. When you put ONE copy of Jade Idol in your deck, you're increasing your deck size from 30 to infinite. ONE copy of Jade Idol means you have 29 cards and an infinite number of Jade Idols that you'll draw at a time of your choosing.

Life before death. Strength before weakness. Journey before destination.
Instead of "shuffle 3 copies of this card into your deck" it should be "shuffle 3 copies of Summon Jade into your deck"
Summon Jade would be 1 mana summon a Jade Golem
The card is still powerful for late game but solves the obvious issue of infinite golems
And you can play your residentsleeper-warrior or uninteractive-mill-decks again, huh?
Is there a reason you're making assumptions about me?
Yeah, because you critizes a card and gives solution how it is more balanced to you without reasons, why this card is unbalanced. So i asked you, because it's seems to me, you are just salty playing against jdruid.
For me Jade Idol is totally fine and statistically Jdruid WR isn't oppressive at all, otherwise Blizzard would have nerf this card already like they did to Small-Time-Buccaneer. And now STB is more a dead card ... .
I'm not salty against Jade Druid at all. I have a pretty good WR against it and a pretty good WR with it. If you look at my post history you'll see I've defended Jade Druid in the past.
It is very obviously unfair, however, that control priest and warrior have basically no chance against Jade Druid because of one card.
Please try not to allow your emotions to affect your next response, it's a little annoying

THIS Thank you! I also had the Idea of shuffle 3 "Summon Jade idol" I just want a Control meta without Pirate and stupid Jade decks.... It's so stupid and OP.
The deck is also boring.... Just shuffle a jade and summon a jade rinse and repeat.

I agree and what is op about it? I don't see why an potencial infinite ressource is op, when i see druid as a whole.
You don't see why infinite resources is a problem? As I said, it doesn't matter if Jade Druid is tier 4 or tier 1; that has nothing to do with Jade Idol being a broken card. When one card singlehandedly ruins an entire archetype, there is something wrong. Deck size is limited for a reason, and yes there exited ways to manipulate it and potentially go infinite before (Brann Shadowcaster with Elise, for example), but those were more of a gimmick and didn't also come with the benefit of "summon a larger and larger dude for 1 mana."

To put it simply so maybe he can understand -
Jade Idol is perhaps not the most OP card in the world (albeit broken, for reasons already explained), what makes it troublesome is the card completely destroys a popular archetype, and because of it's existence, allows decks like pirate warrior to flourish, and when a class card can completely change how 4 classes work, something is wrong.
Shrutebucks: When one card singlehandedly ruins an entire archetype, there is something wrong.
Yeah, Fatique/Mill decks gets their natural counter, i understand your point, but it's still one class of nine. So yo can still play your beloved fatique decks. Where's the problem, if you have one deck in one class of nine classes, which can counter fatique/mill strategys?
Masterscary: when a class card can completely change how 4 classes work, something is wrong.
Which four classes are limited to fatique or mill decks?
What's with your obsession with Fatigue or mill? I myself have never lost to any Mill deck. I rather go against Mill than druid. At the same time both are cancer

let me ask it a different way - why DON'T you think Jade Idol is broken? If you can give a reason without referencing Jade Druid's winrate, popularity, or "it's only 1 of 9 classes," I'll happily reason with you.

You're missing the point entirely, look at it form this prospective -
In Florida, they have a problem with Anacondas, they were introduced into the ecosystem unnaturally, but hey it's just 1 animal...what harm can it do? -
Now the entire ecosystem is out of whack because of 1 animal... and it's the same song and dance for Jade Idol, it makes it so control decks of any class cannot compete because you will lose roughly 95% of the time, and for any deck to be competitive at all, it can NOT have a deck that it will face and lose 100% of the time.
It ruins Control, it ruins Fatigue, it ruins Mill, and most importantly, has allowed Pirate Warrior, and other aggro decks to flourish with little to no counter, basically the entire Standard meta is shaped around this card.
let me ask it a different way - why DON'T you think Jade Idol is broken? If you can give a reason without referencing Jade Druid's winrate, popularity, or "it's only 1 of 9 classes," I'll happily reason with you.
This thread is three very prolific guys defending Jade Idol while the rest lashes out against it. It placed first as the "worst designed card" of the year of the Kraken in the yearly awards poll on reddit, with over 2000 players, most streamers have made videos specifically complaining about it (day9, Kripp, Reynad), and there are 50 page threads on the topic here on Hearthpwn. It really takes some wishful thinking not wanting that card out of the game. Either that, or outright dishonesty.
Shrutebucks: why DON'T you think Jade Idol is broken?
Sure. My reasons why I think this card isn't broken, because it's a slow card, which demands a heavy-draw dependend deck and like others said before me, your real concern isn't jade idol, it is Goblin Actioneer, which makes this card powerful.
Masterscary: It ruins Control, it ruins Fatigue, it ruins Mill, and most importantly, has allowed Pirate Warrior, and other aggro decks to flourish with little to no counter, basically the entire Standard meta is shaped around this card.
No, it doesn't ruin control and many users in this thread stated already, what you can do against Jdruid. The only decks that gets countered by Jade Idol are decks with their goal to win through fatique.
And Pirate Warrior isn't the result of Jades, but the snyergies it got in the MSOG expansion.
Your game knowledge is sorely lacking if you honestly believe what you just said. because YES, it ruins control, show me 1 good control deck that counters Jade Druid, just 1.
What you are not getting is, we're not saying the deck is not counterable, what we're saying is how 1 card changes the entire meta for the worse, Like the anaconda!, it's not a huge problem all on it's own, what it causes is why it's a problem.
All it takes to burn down a forest, is 1 match...
EDIT: "many users have stated in this thread already" - maybe like 3 of you, vs thousands. (Reddit, etc)

You will always have the vast majority defend a broken card, because the people who abuse it don't want it gone.
Did anyone see this new Ben Brode video about wanting them one new card designer in their team? I wonder what card did that previous guy designed to get fired... Surely not Jade Idol.. Kappa

Explain how a 1 mana card is slow. AT WORST, Jade Idol is 1/1 1-drop, which is average. AT WORST. At it's absolute worst, this card is average. At best this card is a 1 mana summon a 6/6 or better and/or add infinite cards to your deck, but that's countered by the downside of it being at average card at worst.
I would be fine with Jade Druid if it didn't have Jade Idol. So you draw your whole deck, so what? At least I know you'll run out of ammo at some point. But because Jade Idol exists, if you're running a control deck yourself, you can basically concede once they drop Gadgetzan because you know the threats are only going to get worse. There is no 'planning out your resources' vs Jade Druid, and it's because of Jade Idol, not Gagetzan.

Ye, Jade Idol needs to be nerfed.
Instead of "shuffle 3 copies of this card into your deck" it should be "shuffle 3 copies of Summon Jade into your deck"
Summon Jade would be 1 mana summon a Jade Golem
The card is still powerful for late game but solves the obvious issue of infinite golems
Nobody considers fun losing to tons of board clears and or life gain .
Endlessly blocking your opponents move SHOULD NOT represent a win condition.
If you want to win the game you should come up with your own strategy not just block whatever the opponent is trying to do .
Thank God Blizzard printed jade idol to stop those annoying decks .
And the card is not even good vs aggro so it's completely fine .
