I ended up in a game vs. a Reno Priest and we both ended up into fatigue (Shocker), he gets Genzo, the Shark out of the Golden Monkey. He's five turns deep into fatigue and I'm two deep.
So when he plays Genzo, the Shark and we both have less than 3 cards, so I sit here thinking "Oh wow, that's an awkward way to tie", except when he attacks he first draws 3 cards (bringing him into negative HP), then I draw 3 cards (Still in positive HP). He dies, I win. But the card reads "Until they have three cards"; so by the text we both should have drawn ourselves to death and had a draw, but he really just draws at most 3 cards. Interesting interaction.
The fact that it makes you draw first, and won't draw infinitely kind of sucks for the thought of it in Mill decks... Although I don't play those so at least I won't have to deal with it.
It has the same effect as Jeeves where if you can't draw 3 cards because you are in fatigue, it will only draw a maximum of 3 cards. If you played Naxxramas and tried to beat Patchwerk using Jeeves, you would notice that it would only draw 3 cards because infinitely drawing cards breaks the system and makes Mill decks OP. Ah. I was always too lazy to do all the Heroics. I mean, it makes sense. You'd just think they could word it properly though.

"I HAVE NO TIME FOR GAMES!" - Sylvanas Windrunner
It's "Draw cards equal to three minus the number of cards in your hand"
But that's awkward to put on as text. Until you have three is much cleaner, even if it doesn't address the fringe cases.
Anger is the punishment we give ourselves for someone else's mistake.
