No way midrange shaman would bring this in their decks. However, control shaman definitely will
Firstly, shamans are known for huge swingy cards that slap overload on them, so realistically, with a card like this, since you are already overloaded, you want to discover something not necessarily a slap on curve minion but something that brings future value, which means big minions or some form of removal. In worst case scenarios, you would discover either dust devil, ancestral knowledge, or totem golem, but either way, most of the shaman overload cards are huge tempo swings that have a ridiculously big impact. Heck, if you discover earth elemental, thats going to be huge in a control matchup, or against another aggro deck, discovering a lightning storm or even chain lightning is rather nice.
If this card gave no overload, then I'd say its definitely better than journey below. However since it does, and its awkward with synergies with tunnel trogg and spirit claws, then this card is on par with journey below, maybe slightly better
This reminds me of the old shaman cards(the ones that nobody played and made the class a joke for more than 2 years) Whats the point of Overload on this cards?Every other class spell that discover something cost only 1 mana.
I quess the biggest sell for that +1 overload is indeed the synergy with unbound / Trogg. I quess this has quite high chance to draw Jinyu (heal) or AoEs which would make it "better" find card.

Yeah, I think this might be deceptively good. The card pool is actually relatively small. Like what's the chance to just discover Doom Hammer?

I didn't have a signature so Flux added one for me.
What's the point of the Overload there? Just for the lols? Overload cards themselves aren't too insane so this just seems weird to me.
Don't feed the Tunnel Trogg!
Going to pack 3 of these if I pre-order.
I Know a Guy
Journey Below
I get that it's flavorful and all, but this card is much worse than both of those.
Seems like something control shaman might be okay with playing. It kind of sucks that it actually has overload on it.
why does it need to have overload itself, or not just cost 0? seems bad in comparison to journey and raven idol.
Why the overload ?
Custom cards :
CLASSES : Alchemist (CCC#5 | Phase V) | Chef (CCC#4)
EXPANSIONS : Year of the Scorpion (Year Comp)
Circlejerking to 10 Overload with this card and Sorcerer's Apprentice is my new life goal.
"We act as who we are, or as gentlemen"
Why the overload?
Maybe... nah nah nah nah
This card is in every Shaman deck if it doesn't have the Overload. Since it has Overload, I'm not sure you play it in anything.

Perfect for that overload cards quest lul
buffs tunnel trogg and can discover itself again like raven idol for infinite value.

Surprise!
Sh*t, obviously.
12 wins in ArenA with: Mage and Paladin, first time legend with Rogue
This is great in an overload deck.
