I like the flavor of this card; what it tries to do.
That said, it's not good enough for the Highlander restriction, (not that there is any other working Control Warlock deck atm).
At 9 mana, you can't even Lifetap on the same turn, to try and get an additional Demon in hand for the Battlecry.
For the cost; Krul's body and effect just aren't good enough, (not to mention the anti-synergy with Jaraxxus), not in Standard, anyway. I think I'll continue using C'Thun or N'Zoth, (with the addition of Kazakus), as win conditions in my Renolock decks.

I agree. It is difficult to see how this will be a viable card in constructed play without better demons. And this card should probably cost 8-mana but at the same time it's hard to make that call before the meta has had time to settle after the release. It could be OP at 8 for the exact reason you gave of being able to life tap beforehand, but I doubt it.
At first I thought that it summons a copy of the daemons in your hand but you get to keep your hand. If it pulls them from your hand it's kinda trashy. The daemons worth playing are all low drops or doomguard. You are unlikely to hold those. Warlock hasn't had a legendary that sees play since GvG. That trend will continue.
A normal demon based deck would be already hard to achieve, idk what were they thinking about if they want us to create a RENO demon deck. Maybe good card in wild or in future expansions.
IMO this is worst class card legendary in this set ,Shaku is bad but at least he stil have a chance in burgle rogue
9 mana with condition "no duplicates" is too restrictive , Renolock dont bring many demon and if you have demon why you want hold it to combo with this guy at turn 9 ?
The 30 card limit in Reno lock is pretty right.. You have to carry a bunch of dead cards in your hand to make it pay off.. I just don't see it working too well
This card is pretty much an ALL IN... the question is... can Midrange Reno be something? Will Blizzard push for some aggressive approach on "no duplicates" decks? I don't know. This card is great but doesn't match with control renolock
The way to make this card better is to either remove the highlander requirement or make it summon a copy of the minions, or summon demons that died or a combination. as it stands, it's unplayable and garbage in standard.
Honestly its just too expensive. All of the other cards we're really good because they are super manna efficient. This just isn't. I'm its one thing if you summon a board of death rattles that already died. They do something when the boarded is cleared again. Or with the Deathwing parallel that makes sense too since so many dragons have huge stats that make them very difficult to clear with damage.
But not only do you have to put in a bunch of demons that you would otherwise never want in your reno lock deck, but the "good" demons are either small and easy to clear or doomgaurd. All this does is force you to go all in, with a board that is NOT going to survive unless you baited out all their board clears (you know because Renolock is so famous for going wide…)
Maybe, maybe if some kind of reno demon zoo becomes a thing, but even then its not like you’ll have a hand of demons, or at all really, by turn 9…
Trash card. Anti lord of jaraxxus. And easy clear by 1 brawl. Well play bm from warrior
even with just doomguard it's seems good enough
If only Kabal Trafficker is a demon too, that would be brilliant
Even with one demon summoned it would be profitable.

Too slow against agro and against control they will just clear your board and then all of your threats will be diminished.
This card is an insult to Warlock player. Shame on you Ben Brode.

Seems ok.
Considering this is a 9 mana card, I think it's fine for this to not be in a highlander deck, like Reno Jackson.
It's a 9 mana card you're likely to drop it late anyway!
Just saying, having a bunch of 1 of demons might make your deck a little unweighted.
I might suggest putting in Sense Demons so you can pull out duplicate demons from your deck and make sure you have demons to drop.

Actually I might try that if I pull the card…

Interesting i guess, but would have been better as something like "Battlecry: restore all damage you inflicted on yourself this game".
It's a demon so new target for a Bane of Doom
