People ran muster and quartmaster at 8 mana, this is 7 mana for the same stats minus a 1 attack weapon. Plus it can synergise with other potential Murlocs on board to make it cheaper.
I haven't checked the entire thread however it will be important to know the manacost of tokens (for Evolve and Devolve). People are comparing it to Stand Against Darkness which is actually wrong. In Paladin your 1/1 tokens are at best targets for buffs however it is more likely that one minion with Divine Shield lives a turn than five 1/1 tokens (because unless you are Mage you're going to spend a lot of resources on it). In Shaman each token represents potential 4 damage (with Bloodlust) or 3 damage each for trading up (with Flametongue Totem). There is also Everyfin is Awesome that will cost 3 after this card for a 7mana 4 3/3 minions (2 card combo).
TL;DR: In Shaman tokens are actually threatening unlike in Paladin.
I don't think Call in the Finishers is that bad, it's just niche. Combos at turn 7 with Everyfin is Awesome. However, if you can manage to keep a murloc or two on the board, this can easily be combo'd out on turn 5 or maybe if you're really lucky, even turn 4 and that can be huge. Not only would you be giving the 4 murlocs you summon +2/+2 but the other murlocs you already have out.
I don't feel that murloc shaman will become tier 1 or anything but maybe a decent tier 2 deck and most importantly, I think it'd be fun to play.
I will definitely make a ShaMurloc deck and even craft Everyfin is Awesome for it, but then I'm the one playing mostly for fun in Casual and rarely in Ranked anymore.
Anything with 1 health is pretty useless to have on the board by turn 4, and giving them a health buff requires one of the two 3-cost Murlocs, so that's pretty much out of the question in an aggro deck.
That leaves Everyfin is Awesome, which... is actually pretty damn good. With 2 Murlocs on the board you can play this + Anyfin for only 5 mana. Unfortunately that is right around the time when powerful board clears become a possibility, so you might just screw yourself by doing that.
This don't cause damage but always give you 4 tokens, very good with knife juggler.
Right now shaman have extremely insane OP cards, and this is just pathetic weak in comparison, but after rotation...

It might see play.

Basic filler mediocre card that will never see play anywhere.

How to make hobgoblin OP
Sorry Blizzard, you made about two shaman cards that supports Murlocs called Everyfin is Awesome and Siltfin Spiritwalker, and neither one was really good.
Bad card. Only redeeming factor is it makes Anyfin Can Happen paladins cry.
This card isn't bad at all. Evolve Synergy and literally a better version of a paladin card that is 5 mana
it meant to be bad do u want another 4 7/7
I'm a realist!
