I'm not liking this card too much because they wasted what could've been an excellect early game tool to start setting off the Jade Golem train... What am I supposed to combo this with? Swashburglar? Counterfeit Coin? It would've been so much better without the combo :(
Seems really good. You can also replace sinister strikes/shiv from maly rogue and add some more jade golem synergy and make your earlygame alot stronger.
Never, ever replace Sinister Strike in malyrogue.

I'm here to kick ass and play cards, and I'm all out of ass.
Potential tempo gain is pretty powerful. Need to see other Jade golem synergy for rogues though. Seems good Auctioner based rogue decks but it really needs other Jade Golem cards, and Miracle decks slots are pretty tight.
2 mana slot is quite competitive. and you need card to combo. 2 damage cannot remove 3 heath minion which are quite common in meta deck.
every card here is good and meta define.
even purify also meta define card. the community is very genius and think a lot of gimmick combo that only work 10% success rate. when they failed , open salt threads complain about every meta deck.
The best Jade Golem card released so far, simply because it's a 2-mana card. This is decent even if it just summons a 1/1, and extremely good if it summons a 2/2 (stronger than SI:7), but it more crucially ensures that your future Jade Golem cards won't be terribly underpowered and cause you to lose the game from lack of tempo.
Later on this is freaking otherworldly powerful. 2 mana for a 4/4 or a 6/6? That's game winning tempo and value against pretty much any deck.
So it's playable at any point in the game, it's never a dead draw (except with an empty hand), it's cheap, and it has deck synergy. That's about as powerful of a card as you're going to find. Still can't say it's meta-defining though without seeing the remaining deck support.
Jade Lotus makes the least sense out of the 3 factions.. Cabal and Grimey Goons made a lot of sense flavorwise.. It feels like with Jade Lotus they just made something out of what was left...
I realize that combo is a turn off for some people, but remember how easy it will be to get coins in this expansion.
Yeah spend 2 cards and 1 mana (coin card + this) to do 2 damage and summon a 1/1
Behold the new lord and saviour of rogue kappa.
It's obviously bad on any deck which is not centered around this mechanic, but hey, it's meant to be played with it !
My issue with that is that it doesn't help fix the core issues of rogue in any way. Even if we assume rogue jade golem will be viable (very optimistic scenario), this archetype will never be supported again (same as c'thun rogue) which will make it unplayable in the long term. Especially in wild it will be more and more useless because it is very self synergy relient (same as c'thun) but won't get more support.
Rogue needed standalone good cards that fix her weaknesses not another greedy "cthun rogue" type of thing. C'thun was better because at least the blades are a huge game swinger against somebody that plays few but big things and c'thun himself can be OTK, while vanilla stated golems that do nothing and don't even have taunt ? Just no.
Moreover this is the worst design of the three factions. The kabal cards supporting highlander decks will become more and more viable when expansions roll and the card pool increases (talking about wild). The strong grimy goons cards can always fit in decks, no need for a lot of synergy. The only thing jade lotus faction may achieve is carrying shaman if when the next expansion rolls they don't get good standalone cards.
Rogue class legendary is the worst of all of them, rogue faction legendary is the worst of all three factions, and all new rogue cards are worst of other classes (Malfurion sees Valeera getting a coin and laughts hard), useless non serious gimmicks ("add random cards from opponent's class" ) or too greedy (jade golems, new tiger of stranglehorn..)
Yeah, seems like it's getting more gimmicky every expansion/adventure, but you must admit that we got ourselves a nice neutral heal. There's four more cards to reveal, if we get one good weapon and one good board clear that's ok for this exp.
Rogue has the best Jade Golem cards by far, you can get lots of them out early, unlike the Druid and Shaman ones. And the more you play, the better they get.
This seems alright, but nothing too exciting. Imo, it should either do 3 damage or require Combo to summon the Jade Golem, though.

Give that jade claws to rogue and "everytime you kill a minion with this weapon, summon a jade golem." :p

Apparently not working in arena :S
