Golems will be playable only in specific deck. We will not have more neutral jade golem cards this expansion (we already have 3, same as for goons and kabals) )and I don't think it will be more than 2 class cards with golems. So in best scenario (not to count specific rogue decks with shadowstep) Aya will be just another sort of Caine, but not something OMfG-OP.
It surely be playable in token and maybe ramp druid. As druid can and has to use his jade golem ramp card as early as possible.
Shaman and rogue spells are more situational. I think shaman will use his golem lighting even without Aya, because it can target face, no overload and gives a token for bloodlust or flametounge. And rogue will play Aya only in separate jade golem deck.
If only, if only. If only Rogue gets something to improve their survivability, then a Jade Golem deck could be very interesting.
Aya Blackpaw in particular is two Golems in one. Barnes, Shadowcaster, Unearthed Raptor, Gang Up; if any of these hit Aya, you're looking at quite the return over time, because the Golems she brings just get better and better.
The dream, I think, could be N'Zoth bringing back Aya multiple times. If you could somehow manage to bring back 3 of them, even if they were cleared instantly, they'd be replaced by a 7/7, 8/8, and 9/9. A lofty goal, of course, but certainly intriguing.
Not really, it's a solid card but it lives or dies on this set alone. Blizzard will not print future cards that support this as it's too unique, so it will either be playable now or never.
Playing the Jade Golem cards with other synergy cards such as Brann Bronzebeard or Shadowstep could see you get some insane value. I am really hoping all these new mechanics from the MSG expansion usher in a control meta.
If you manage to Curvestone the shit out of this you should be getting a 6 mana 5/3 + 3/3 in battlecry and a 4/4 as Deathrattle. I imagine that would be the most common scenario. Maybe you could get more value later facing control with a 6/6 and a 7/7. I would love to see a game of someone summoning a 30/30! For the memes, lorewalker cho + jade lotus spell = profit.
This mechanic is so much better than the goons mechanic. It will be a toss up between the jade lotus faction and the kabal for who is the strongest. New meta: shaman vs priest?
You're underestimating the force of the SMOrc. Goon Hunter will be a thing and will keep Jade Lotus decks in check.

Remember playing Control Shaman with Reincarnate shenanigans? No? It was fun, here's a refresher!
Okay, I see this shit all over the place, and I'm getting sick of it. If a mage Frostbolts my Aya Blackpaw, do you know what I feel? Happy. Frostbolt is a dangerous card, and if I see it hit my 5/3 legendary that came with a 3/3 and a 4/4, I'm winning by so much it's not even funny. Does anyone know what card advantage is?!?!
If I see a mage frostbolt my 5/3 I'm sad because I know as a Rogue I'm still going to die from 20+ health
This is strong, very strong. Decks without transform cards will cry when this is dropped if the Battlecry Golem is at least a 4/4. I'd rate it slightly better than Savannah Highmane when played on curve, and obviously way better when played even later. Just imagine how something like a Control Warrior would go about dealing with this when the Golem is huge. It'd take like 3 spells or 2 + 1 weapon/minion hit.
But I don't think it's meta-defining regardless of how strong it is, because at turn 6, any Jade Golem card will be crazy. Double Jade Shuriken on turn 6 costs 2 less mana, 1 more card, and has about the same impact on the board. What exactly is the benefit of this card over the more flexible, lower cost Jade Golem cards?

I'm pretty sure transform does nothing to the Jade Golem effect. The Jade Golems summoned are vanilla x/x tokens. Silencing them should be useless, too.

Why wouldn't cards like Hex or Polymorph work on this deathrattle? It works on every other deathrattle in the game.
I think this Card is very good. But I doubt it will be as insane as some expect. I am not fully aware of all the Jade Golem summon Cards ( I didn't follow very closely the past days), but as far as I could look them up, we have Aya Blackpaw , Jade Spirit and one class Card, respectively. That means we have 4 Cards for each class that will summon jade Golems (not considering the rogue shenanigans) plus Aya. It still will be really powerful, but it looks as if the last Jade Golem will not be stronger than a 6/6 if you play all your jade Golem cards. N'zoth Rogue might pump the Golems to insane values, but besides that, this Cards seems powerful, but not insanely OP.
This card is just insane. It's already okay without a single synergy card (5/3 + 1/1 + 2/2) and with any synergy it's ridiculous. If you can spend 6 mana on this without dying, your opponent needs to kill this ASAP and they may have to run a silence too.

But that will be old school Smorc, this expansion has brought little to them. And this SMORC is already losing to midrange shaman, maybe also to priest and others in the new meta
Old school SMOrc did not have Dispatch Kodo and Don Han'Cho. Freezing Trap is a strong tool vs Jade Golems. Goon Hunter will be very likely a fast Midrange deck that can rush down Jade decks quite reliably due to playing strong sticky stuff on curve. Golems require a turn to start attacking, when the big ones might be able to do so it will probably be too late. Especially if those decks don't run taunts and King Krush/Leeroy Jenkins start to see play again (we yet have to see if it will happen)

In b4 this card will be broken af and poeple will hate it

"We act as who we are, or as gentlemen"
Even if you Summon no golems, this is still an 8/6 for 6, which isn't bad

Maybe he thought that transforming golem does nothing since the following one will be +1/+1 anyway.

Since the reveals started, I read:
- Imba paladin 1-cost spam deck. nerf needed!
- Imba hunter aggro again lol.
- Imba mage secrets tier 1 naow.
- Imba priests crazy blizz wtf.
(and much more ^^)
and now...
- Imba Jade Golems druid unstoppable!!!
Looks like it's balanced after all. :)
I have an opinion on almost everything. :)
I predict Jade Deathrattle N'Zoth Shadowstep decks.
Bad players whine.
Good players adapt.
