Good card, 3 health makes you spend a good resource to remove it. Like mechwarper, it can snowball quickly if you have a bad hand against it.
Nothing revolutionary, but it is good that priest players got what they asked for and blizzard proved that he listens to the community. I never played priest at all, but i'm glad for them.
I don't think it's that good. Since you will probably need to hero power to activate it, it's like a 4 cost 4/5 that takes 2 turns to activate. Of course, it can get value if buffed, but so can a lot of priest cards. My prediction is that this card will not see play because it's too slow to play on turn 2 and not strong enough to play later. I might be wrong though, there are still some cards that need to be revealed.
Mana Geode is unique in the sense that unlike nearly every other 2 drop in the game, this one pretty much forces your opponent to remove it. Almost every other 2 drop can largely be ignored. They usually aren't, but they can be without being too problematic. Mana Geode is different. It has to be answered or the priest playing it will likely spiral out of control. Other than maybe Doomsayer, I can't really think of another 2 drop that forces your opponent's hand much like this card does.
That being said, this card isn't exactly hard for an opponent to answer. In fact, they'll simply answer Mana Geode just like they answer nearly every other 2 drop currently being played and I'm not sure that's what priests needed in a 2 drop. I feel like when Mana Geode is played as a 2 drop on Turn 2 (or Turn 1 with The Coin) you're just hoping it's the one time your opponent can't remove it, knowing full well that the odds are not in your favor. But hey, there's always that slim chance they don't have the answer and can't at which point you have a huge advantage, but most of the time? It's probably just going to be a River Crocolisk. Still though, a River Crocolisk that requires an answer isn't terrible. I personally just don't think it's that great either because in most games, your opponent will have the answer.
Overall, I'd rather have had a priest 2 drop with a more meaningful immediate impact. While Mana Geode on occasion might be really good, I'd rather have a 2 drop that is always good.
Don't see whats the hype about. It's just a 2/3 for 2 most of the time. Cleric effect is much more powerful than this one and there is only 1 stat difference for 1 extra mana.
This card is clearly overhyped, no 2/3 for 2 is currently played, since a lot of early game cards(weapons and removal) deal 3 dmg or are 3/3 or 3/4(totem golem) or 1/3 or 3/2 so basically this trades well with nothing. So you are rarely going to use it's effect.. it's a decent card.. but it's not so great, unless you spend more mana into it it's great in arena, but it's sadly an epic.
Good if buffed, otherwise you won't get a chance to heal it. The heal value is so crazy though that it will undoubtedly see play. Your Hero Power basically becomes to summon a 2/4. This destroys 1-drops from decks like Zoo.
This card is great against Zoo as the only threat to this they can play is Flame Imp, it will be very good vs Goon Paladin (and Paladin in general). On the other occasions you need a miracle to keep it alive, or other unrevealed cards that might synergize with this. I call this fairly balanced. If I was to play Priest, I'd play Dirty Rat over this

No priest isn't going to play Dirty Rat over this, this is nonsense.
Notoriously Priests don't have 5 mana at turn 2.
So ? You think you will always have Mana Geode in your starting hand, and will never draw it at later stages of the game ?
And what if it is in your starting hand, but you have the opportunity to draw a card with Northshire Cleric on turn 2 ?
On turn 2 nothing will synergize with Mana Geode since you spend your 2 mana crystals playing it, I don't really get your point. It doesn't have synergy with Power Word: Shield and Kabal Talonpriest on turn 2 either. But hey that's not how synergy works, synergy is something you build over time.
It's like saying Wild Pyromancer doesn't have synergy with PW:Shield, because on turn 2 you can't play both cards. Nonsense.
Trust me I played a shitload of priest in Wild and Shadowboxer is a 2 mana 2/3 as well, and it doesn't need a "miracle" to stay alive at all, and it has strong synergy with 5 mana cards.
Anyway, your signature says your best rank is rank 11 and you said you're no priest expert so i shouldn't even argue with you.
I shouldn't even talk to people who evaluate cards in the "curvestone" vacuum. The fact that your shitty comment was upvoted says a lot about this community and its ability to make honest evaluations.
never saw a Shadowboxer played in Wild to be honest. Late game it's still a 2 mana 2/3 that needs to receive dmg to get its ability to work, and late game Priest usually wants to play bigger threats. 5 mana of Talonpriest+Geode do not put much pressure by that time because the atk of these 2 is low and you can afford that play only when you recovered from the early game and got in control. And when you do it, you give time to your opponent to react. The card will not be played in Resurrect Priest (bad target) neither in Dragon Priest (no synergy and Twilight Whelp) The best case scenario is when you get to use Talonpriest on this on turn 3, when a 2/6 spawning tokens is annoying to deal with. Even if you get to proc the effect multiple times, you can play around that with AoE, 2/2 minions from a Priest are not that scary to face. Best rank 11 is with that Malchezaar deck. All in all, bad trolling attempt, I ain't even mad.

Overhyped card lol
Why is everyone getting so excited about a Priest-only River Crocolisk?

dirty rat is way better, cause most of the time people wont keep big minions in their opening hand, so it wont be that bad

u need to damage it to heal. only good again 1-2 attack drop.
cannot active when opponent have 3 attack minion. you will instant die. 3 attack minion very common in meta deck.
This isn't revolutionary. It's good, but we won't see a priest meta in the long run when people will find faster and easier alternatives

Holy fuck, Priest finally gets a good 2 drop. These are the end times everyone.
I'm here to kick ass and play cards, and I'm all out of ass.

looks too good...damn!
Decent, nothing more

Priest should have such a card long time ago. Very good imo.
Where shall I start...

I'm truly disgusted by this card.
1. It's insane 2 drop which will outright win you the game if you combo it early on (remember northshire+injured+coh)
2. It's a priest 2 drop, which is basically like mulch for druid - card going against what was established to be class weakness.
3. It's epic. You don't spend money? I guess priest decks are not for you! Also fuck arena. Could be rare at least, but meh.
