Not sure why to make news post about it until we actually have at least some clue what Jade Golem is outside of being minion. I guess getting card reveal before other sites is the main goal.
That said, only thing I can say that it mightl be a good ramp card depending of what "Jade Golem" is.
Maybe Jade Golem is one of those "wherever it is" minions. Well, there is only one so far we know and that's Ct'hul that came with one of the expansions. Since their customizable cards theme is part of this expansion.
The mechanic of the Jade Lotus is probably gonna be tokens like a lot of people have expected. I imagine their might be different kinds of Jade Golems, like spare parts (Maybe one with Taunt, one with stealth etc.).
If Jade Golem was merely a card, I believe the text wouldn't highlight the golem. But it says "summon a Jade Golem", like a potion, for Kabal. Could be something the Lotus classes have in common.
Card unrateable until we know more about this Jade Golem thing.
So glad Blizzard is adding more of the most blatantly unbalanced game mechanic. The game is super fun when it's your turn 5 and their turn 10!
It's almost like they sacrifice their early turns for later value!
Innervate, Mire Keeper and this card summoning a minion say what?
It's uninteractive gameplay. You can't go "oh man, now I'll react by playing this 2 drop I was going to have to play anyway!" Control decks sacrificing early turns for AOE (and thus giving decks the opportunity to intelligently NOT play into the AOE) is interactive gameplay.
"Your opponent is now a turn ahead of you and can be TWO TURNS EVEN FURTHER ahead by playing inmervate." Is just dumb. It's a brokeno mechanic because you can't counterplay it. It doesn't mean Druids are always OP but it's a bad mechanic.
Someone please explain me why you should actually fill your deck with all the ramp cards.
Like on turn 2, you can play Wild Growth and on turn 3 then mire keeper.
Now you got the possibility to play this card on turn 3 and nourish on turn 4.
You can't really play all of the ramp cards in just one deck. You would lose just too much tempo if you do so. Just missing some kind of turn 1 wild growth to make this ramp thing broken lol

No.
It eats up a card slot in their deck, requires them to use two cards to ramp ahead a couple of turns, is worthless if drawn late game by itself or if you end up going toward fatigue, Ramp is fine.
Someone please, shop a Green Totem Golem as a placeholder.
Will Jade Golem get +X/+X if it's 10 mana crystals in a tray already?
How much ramp is "too" much ramp in a Druid deck? I guess we're going to find out this expansion.

I voted trash because I'm rating the release of this card, not the card itself.
0/10. Well done.

Well, the Jade Golem is probably either a small token or something that will have interactions with other stuff.
But I guess if it was just a token, we would have something along the lines of "summon a X/X Jade Golem" like Mire Keeper do.
Don't know, we'll see.
Sneaky blizzard. "Because kabal vote fail we give you an extra card". You gave us a HALF card faggot !
Love the tribes.
Jade golem is a 2/2 deathrattel lose a mana crystal

Just remember the good times!
jade golem better be a 0/0 state line or this card is going to make druid much more consistent
Perhaps a Jade Golem is like a C'Thun, where you buff them (Or something) and then use cards to summon them.
