You're right, looks like art from Wacky Packages or Garbagepail Kids.
I wouldn't say bad art, just a bad fit for Hearthstone.
Totally agree. Is not bad art, just a bad concept that doesn't fit Hearthstone. Horses VS motorcicles, guns? Armors and "medievalish" gear/outfit VS suits and ties. A big mistake. Karazan concept was the start of the decline, this is the bottom end.

Haven't you seen goblin cities in classic WoW? Arts are completely relevant, even ties, suits and bikes
This card is definitely the strongest of the three. I can see it fitting very well as the top end finisher In an aggressive rogue deck that uses coldlight for draw.
Seems to me Brode hates handlock so much he had to print 2 of these cards. Not that handlock exists.. One punishes full hand, the other playing taunts.
It's the best one of the 3 since it's the easiest condition to fullfill and the only condition you can control (coldlight oracle, sap, vanish, naturalize, spellslinger,ETC,curse of rafaam and maybe more cards..), also the most common case against midrange/control out of the 3 cases
still a 6/6 charge for 6 isn't the best thing ever.. at 6 it's hard to combo kill anyone.. a 6/6 charge for 6 would probably see play the condition makes it a lot bad.. leeroy is a lot better for aggro..
A 6/6 for 6 without any other condition would be next to OP. Think about it. There is a reason why Doomguard discards, why Leeroy only can be used as a finisher etc,..
Yeah you are probably right a 6/6 unrestricted charger would be OP, specially in aggro decks..
But I think this restriction is just the easiest to accomplish..
no cards in hand-> hard almost nobody goes all in in constructed, good on topdeck wars in arena, you (luckly can't control the enemy hand, except with dirty rat, but that card has his draw backs).
charge when there's a taunt-> most decks have taunts.. can punish actually putting taunts it's a decent tech against a taunt heavy meta I guess..
now this your enemy need to have 6 cards.. that happens often but the problem with cards that become meta is that people WILL play around it.. although if control is the rulling archtype aggro will probably run this card to counter it.
I find that when you plan on the opponent having a lot of cards in hand, it never happens. Could it work in aggro? Not Hunter, Highmane is better. Tough being a quasi-vanilla 6 in a world of strong evergreen options.

Free to try and find a game, dealing cards for sorrow, cards for pain.
I like it in a mill deck. This plus Coldlight Oracle would work wonders.
Nice SJW feminist card art

Works against those obnoxious casino mages. Right after they use their tome.....
100 dust for sure :)

Mill Rogue now OP
They resided in Razorfen Downs dungeon which is not that far from Tanaris.
This reminds me of that banned episode of Cow and Chicken with the Buffalo Gals...
If you get the battlecry even 1/3rd of the time, it's a good card. That said, I don't think you will get the battlecry 1/3rd of the time.
I feel like this is an obvious reference to Bebop's appearance. He even rides a motorcycle.
I could see some weird potential with a deck that tries to mill but otherwise the charge is way too unreliable.
Now if aggro decks run Coldlight Oracle they can get a 6/6 charge with it as well.
That's Incredible!
4th page of comments and no mention of Bepop. I am disappoint.
