3 Mana minion + 3 0-Mana spells would equal using your hero power three times on the the same turn with ten mana. At best, you'll only ever cast your hero power twice, or at least have it refresh once per turn.
They tried to approach the hero power mechanic int TGT and didn't work. Why are they still pushing it?. Its a solid 3 mana 3/4 for arena and would pe picked in many situations (most legendaries are really bad in arena), but i cant see the auctionmaster in constructed, maybe some mayordomo decks? Kappa
Even in hunter its no good.. 2 mana for multiple hero powers on top of the cost of spells.. unless you have this guy and the free secret guy alive.. and can spam secrets and hero power, but that set up will never happen
Probably won't be very meta-defining. Combined with the right Hero Power (likely candidate being Life Tap) it could prove for some fun combos, but then, I said the same thing about Violet Illusionist.

simple legendary with minor effect , i don't think it will do much ,
Decent body but the effect looks pretty much useless.

Add: also your hero power costs 0 after the spell is used, there. you created a playable Legendary instead of 400 dust.
